lobby was absolutely disgusting. The self serve drink machine had LAYERS of mold where the soda comes out , including in the ice tray below. Mold was literally fuzzy, so we threw our drinks away immediately. Can only imagine what the machine behind the counter looks like or the kitchen. Ordered 2 , 4 piece chicken tender boxes. only comes with 1 sauce a meal.. i don’t know who is eating 4 tenders with 1 sauce.. especially since the tenders were dry and tasted like fish! They must use the same oil to cook both.. gross. sure the oil hasn’t been changed in awhile either. Fries had no taste and felt old. Back to the sauce .. they’re each 65 cent ! crazyyy.. had to spend an extra $3 for sauce. Ranch also was spoiled. We’re not picky when going out to eat .. i mean we eat waffle house. The health department needs to shut this Dairy Queen down. Absolutely disgusting. No employee was wearing a hair net , i can only hope they had gloves on. Bathrooms were nasty as well, mens & womens. Will not return. Will be calling health department. Date 2-21-26 Time : 4:15 p.m

The food was fine but it wasn’t enough to combat all the issues with this location. Not only are the workers just rude and make it known to you that they don’t want to be there or talk to you, but the place is also disgusting! The floors are sticky and the bathroom is really what motivated me to make this review; the women’s restroom’s toilet paper holder is ripped half off the wall so you have to somehow maneuver the toilet out with both your hands in hope you can get some and also make sure you get it out at JUST the right angle to avoid it prematurely ripping or avoid it touching the floor. There were pee dribbles on the toilet seat that you have to clean up before being able to safely use the bathroom. Then, if that’s not enough, when you sit down, the toilet seat shifts to reveal more pee and period blood all under it! It’s not just the bathroom either as the main floors were sticky; are they not being cleaned or are they being cleaned improperly? Either way, no thank you. The woman at the front who takes the customers orders was laughing and chatting with a coworker and when seeing you, the smile is wiped clean off her face, she has an annoyed tone with you, and she tries to end the interaction as quickly as possible. So, it’s safe to say the food is the only good thing, only if you trust that that’s being made in a cleanly manner because nothing else in the store gives that.

Stopped in on 11/24/25 to grab late lunch with my three girls and was very pleased with the service I received. Genesis took great care of us from kindly and correctly taking our order to bringing our food to our table. She definitely shines in the service sector. Dairy Queen hire more people like Genesis!!

First-time visit!
Stopped by for a quick bite — grabbed some fries, onion rings, a burger, and chicken strips. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Didn’t try the ice cream this time. I’d go back again, just not right away.

We went into this dairy queen to order ice cream during a road trip. We went to the restrooms first to relieve ourselves and to wash our hands before eating. The bathrooms were blocked by 2 tables and several chairs. When one of our children went around it as it was an emergency for her, the employee screamed at her that the bathroom was for employees only. We replied that restaurants are required to provide bathrooms. Her response was “we do have bathrooms but they are for employees only.” We then let the other children go and another customer dud as well. The manager came out and accused us our yelling at her employee and advised that she would call the police if we didn’t leave. We advised that we would be leaving when our child came out of the bathroom. As we were leaving she started clapping and yelling about us not purchasing anything. My point of complaint is that the restaurant did not provide public restroom access for customers even though they were in working order.

It’s been awhile since I have been to a Dairy Queen. I guess I would consider this a high end fast food place or a beginner fast casual. In any case, I think it was pretty good. I had wanted a shake as it is the middle of winter with summer still months away. So while charging my car I needed someplace to eat. DQ Grill and Chill was right there so why not. Like any fast food place you order at a counter but the difference is that your food is brought to your table and there are actual condiments available right there! The 1/4 lb burger was well prepared and, I think, would put other restaurant’s offerings to shame. The shake was just what I wanted… thick, but not too thick and the right amount of syrup and whipped cream. The fries were hot and crispy. I would definitely go again.

This was such wonderful experience! They were quick even with 3 cars in front of us. The man taking our order was very kind. The entire order (twas a decent amount) was 100% correct! The food was flavorful, hot, and fresh. Our onion rings and fries were crispy, burgers and chicken stripes hot, and the ice cream was so yummy! Thank you so much!

Birthday lunch here on July 4th. Atmosphere was quiet, food was hot and fresh! Oreo diet pie was extra yummy. Food arrived fast and staff were nice.
