This is the Dairy Queen that serves burgers. Very busy place. Wow. Never seen a DQ so busy in Michigan.

This Dairy Queen is one of the best around, and you can tell the owners really care because the husband and wife are there all the time making sure everything runs perfectly. The whole team is very friendly and does a great job. The food always comes out fresh, and honestly, Dairy Queen’s burgers are better than any “fast food” chain out there. And who doesn’t love a blizzard to top off a great meal!

Still a secret that Dairy Queen Grills make better tasting burgers then the mega chain fast food places. Combined that with the full range ice cream shop, frozen cakes, and original Dilly bars make this the place for your meal.

EVERYTIME we come here, the Blizzard is basically soup. It’s watered down and barely has any candy in it. They charge extra for toppings, which wouldn’t be so frustrating if there was actually a normal amount included to begin with. Definitely the worst DQ. I’d recommend going to the Mt. Clemens location if you want ice cream that’s thick, has candy in it and great service with no LONG lines. GO TO MT. CLEMENS LOCATION WHEN THEY OPEN IN THE SPRING THEY ARE THE BEST

I was in there Saturday evening pick up a customers order. While waiting at the carryout or to go section, Young and dumb female employees just walk right past me and refused to ask me if I need help for the order. Nearly 10 minutes later, I was handed a bag, but I noticed the customers order was not fully complete and therefore cannot all be in such a small bag. The woman Said she would work On the order. I left after 10 minutes due to the female employees being on their cell phones acting like they couldn’t be bothered or weren’t working on the order.
I called 10 minutes later regarding the customers order, I tried asking them questions. They kept ignoring me on the phone. I eventually had To yell out hello-on the phone Just to get their attention. The female employee advised me that they were still working on the order. A separate report was filed to my delivery provider app.

I ended up going to this location on my way home from St Clair Shores this afternoon. I ordered a Flamethrower Stack Burger, onion rings and a Large Dr Pepper. The food tasted delicious. The onion rings were extremely fresh and delicious too . The staff did a pretty good job making the food, and on top of that, the staff was very friendly, nice and respectful. . I was inside the store at 1:15-1:20 pm on Thursday, January 8th. I will visit this location again one day.

I put an order in online for a meal, appetizer and blizzard today 1/28/26 for lunch, I have also come in to pick up for doordash as well. On both occasions the people working in there are not only rude and lack basic customer service skills but they don’t even acknowledge your existence until they’ve finished there social hour conversations with eachother. Today I walked in and stood there after a female turned looked at me and turned back around and started talking with the other employees, while I stared at my food sitting in the window. A few minutes later they came out and handed me the order i had been staring at for 5 minutes. I only gave it 2 stars because of the fact that my food was correct. When doing door dash I’ve waited 20 mins before someone even bothered with me and come to find out my order was ready the entire time. It sucks because dairy queen has good food, but I dread having to deal with the crappy customer service.

I’ve been to this location two times recently and both times my blizzards have been partially unmixed and completely vanilla on the bottom. They don’t mix it thoroughly and don’t add enough toppings. Honestly go to another DQ because the teenagers who work there obviously don’t care about how they do their job.

Food was good but it would be nice if DQ sold some kind of “real” coffee drink. The one you have a tastes like someone put one drop of coffee in it. I remember even getting real coffee ice cream from DQ and making that into a shake. That tasted more like coffee than this. But kids always like the chicken fingers.

This is the worst Dairy Queen. It’s pretty bad when it’s -10° out and they hand you melted ice cream. When I order a blizzard, I should not have to bring it home and put it in my freezer so it hardens up. All they do is mix water and with their ice cream and it tastes like it too awful. Also, management is rude if you dare tell them about their Mel ice cream they don’t care
