The owner and staff are the best!! We love eating here the most friendly staff. The food is always great , the hot food is hot and freshly made and the cold is made quickly! We had a blast having my sisters birthday there the owner even played Happy Birthday for her on the radio couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate! Thank you Salem Dairy Queen you guys are awesome!! Ps They even played gospel music for us knowing we are Christians

Totally top-notch place to go now! Food is fresh & hot, ice cream is great! The owner/manager will actually go to each table & greet customers to see if food is correct!! The drive-thru is really quick bec they will come to your car while u are in line, get your payment, and your order is at the window when u drive up. Highly recommend.

We did a mobile order. In the drive thru the person behind the speaker was so polite and happy, in the drive thru the gentleman at the window was literally in such a good mood it spread to my entire family. Made our very long journey a little brighter. Thank you!

The staff here were so smiley and it made me feel happy. The food is warm and very good. Their toast it spot on and amazing I my toast was very buttery and I loved it. Also I got an extra chicken strip. I’d you don’t know what to get I would highly recommend you thinking about the chicken strip. Owners and workers all went above and beyond with service. We asked for an extra fork because our son shouldn’t eat after anyone due to cancer and his counts compromised. They not only gave us the extra fork but assured us to let them know the next time before ordering to let them know and they would do anything to help keep him safe ie changing gloves and making sure things were as clean as possible.

We stopped in after a school event and I had 10 students with me. The staff was so very patient with our large group. I expected a lengthy wait for our food, but it came out quickly and correctly. When we added ice cream on at the end, everything was again correct and quick! Everyone was professional, kind, and hard working. I LOVE this location!! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean, and well kept. Kenny and Kayla and the rest of the staff do a wonderful job of making the customers feel welcome and well taken care of. If I go out to eat, Dairy Queen in Salem, IL is the place I go!!
