Went through the drive thru ordered a chicken basket…1st waited along time and 2nd we were served raw fries. Went back to the window l where the employees checked the problem and said the pilot to the fryer was off, and indeed they were raw!!! My child had already eaten a few and felt sick not long afterwards. Not much was done but give some new fries.

Just had to share a positive review solely based on amazing customer service.
So I ordered uber and through a small mistake I was sent a wrong item. I called the store with the intention to just bring to their attention that they should pay closer attention to the specifics of an order and the changes made to items. I was speaking to a manager (which I’m upset I didn’t get her name) that handled it in the best way possible, which was confirming my order and then driving out herself to my house to bring the correct item. She even upsized the item as well! Very happy with how it was handled and how above and beyond they went over a small mistake.

I am a regular customer, and your burgers are absolutely delicious! I wanted to share my appreciation for one of your employees who works the night shift. She is always very pretty, gorgeous, and friendly. Every time I visit your restaurant, she greets me with a smile and brings such positive energy to the atmosphere. However, I’ve noticed that I haven’t seen her lately, and I hope everything is okay with her. Has she changed her work schedule or moved to a different position? I truly miss her warm presence!

I have visited Dairy Queen. It was a fabulous experience with food, Staff, Management, service, cleanliness and other things as well.
Start with food Blizzard was amazing . I had never eat like this and burger and onion rings were also great.
They also have huge varieties in cakes.
Staff is very friendly and polite in nature, service is very quick and impressive. Main things about this store is cleanliness.

ONE STAR!!!! I went through the drive through and the guy working there took for everr to make my blizzard and then he put it upside down and if all fell out onto the ground!!! Then he went to make me another one he did the same thing he put it upside down and it fell all over the ground!!!! MAYBE DONT FLIP IT UPSIDE DOWN NEXT TIME!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This particular location is pretty quick to get your ice cream to you in a still frozen condition. There is a very nice outside patio area. The restaurant is always clean. We also get ice cream cakes from here and they always surprise us with how well they do the cake writing.

Drive through can be quite slow at times. They do a good job making custom cakes and special orders. The store pretty much looks the same for as long as I can remember could use a overhaul inside. But good place.
