These are my favorite chicken fingers and I was so surprised how nice it is inside and how polite and kind the young girl working was, I think her names Kylie. Will be back soon!

After a long day of driving, rush hour traffic in Atlanta, and rain, we were tired and hungry. This restaurant was a great place to decompress. The staff was very attentive, the restaurant clean, and food well prepared. The location staff is doing the right things to serve their customers.

First off, the employee noticed our dog in our car and immediately asked if we wanted a pup cup(: We of course said yes! She was very sweet to ask. The triple burger and fries were outstanding. The cheese curds were delicious as always! Everything was made fresh!

Wow – what a terrible lunch experience. It started poorly when I stood at the register for 2-3 minutes waiting to have my order taken. An employee finally came to the register and asked “what do you need” and seemed confused when I said I wanted to place an order.

I ordered a chicken strip basket. The chicken was the best part, although it was dry and tasted less-than-fresh. The French fries were way overcooked, lukewarm, and crunchy (I’m assuming they were old fries that were thrown back into the oil to be reheated). The BBQ sauce packet I was given had a hole cut through the top of it, and I had to trade it out for a new one. The bread was laughably bad; untoasted and soggy with a glob of melted butter just soaking through the center of it. My Blizzard was given to me a few minutes before I even got my food. By the time I finished eating, it was mostly melted, and absolutely crammed with toppings, so much that it wasn’t enjoyable.

I was one of maybe 3 customers dining in, and there were no vehicles ordering in the drive-thru when I walked inside. There’s no excuse for such slow service and poorly prepped food when there’s only a handful of customers.

Who doesn’t like Dairy Queen? You gotta really try to disappoint when you are providing ice cream to deliver a poor experience. And being that this is a new store/location, I had hoped for a nice lunch.

Nope. The place is already dirty. The handles to the front door were smeared and sticky. The floor was slippery as if an oily mop had been used to clean the floor (restaurants normally don’t use the same mop for the kitchen as they do for the dining room, but you can always tell when they do.). There were random water puddles all over the floor. The drink machine was dirty. The lady at the counter was okay as I don’t need a welcoming committee but she had zero personality and didn’t even say hello. The lethargic dude in the kitchen area dragged his feet and looked miserable. In fairness, the manager (I assume it was a manager or owner) must have noticed as he gave him an earful about something.

Worst of all though, I thought I would at least be served fresh and hot food at 12:30pm on a weekday. I got a 3ps chicken finger and fries. The fries were cold and limp (they were quite literally no warmer than room temperature and approaching wet noodle stage). The chicken fingers were dry, overcooked, and not unlike the fries, were cold too.

I’d like to think that my experience was unique today but from the looks of things and previous reviews, probably not.

I ordered the blizzard of the month, mint brownie. I got a large. It was $7.50 after tax, it took about 12 minutes in the drive through and that’s not counting how ever long it was for the two people in front of me, this place moved very slow. Discovered the ice cream is vanilla with mint syrup mixed in instead of mint ice cream. The bottom half was still vanilla, there were probably 100 brownie chunks in it and I’m not exaggerating, so not much ice cream and the brownie chunks were not very good. Way too many. The man that took my card was eating donuts and licking his fingers then handed me my blizzard and spoon and napkins, I threw those away. This place lacks professionalism. Idk I’m not from here but you be the judge of that experience and the price for a blizzard with less than half the cup being actual ice cream.
It had a lid on it but I took it off for the photo, this was 15 seconds later in the parking lot that I took it. I would not recommend this artificial blizzard or this location.

First time I’ve had dairy queen, In several years. Ordered 6pc chicken tenders basket with a large Oreo blizzard. They were pretty busy, and wait time on the food was little long, but not unreasonably so since I got freshly cooked food. No complaints on quality, other than the toast was little under-toasted(that’s more a personal preference than anything). the staff were very friendly, and made me feel right at home. Something very few places do these days. Will be stopping back by here on my next trip to Atlanta.

After waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru and ordering a peanut buster parfait – I was handed a small cup of soft ice cream with some crushed nuts on top. When it was handed to me the guy said we ran out of cups. I tried to get his attention, and just left. I won’t be going back or recommending this place to anyone!!!
