I really enjoyed the hamburger I had here. The patty was juicy and delicious. I really like the blizzard its a nice sweet treat. My girlfriend and myself both love the peanut buster parfait. The French fries are great. The staff is helpful courteous and friendly and very professional. Oh i almost forgot there have good chicken strips and chicken bbq.

As a local delivery driver for this location, we are given punch cards for a small blizzard, as appreciation. However, regardless of the 100 times I’ve been there, they will not accept this punch card, and said that store in particular will not honor them ….. but will still use our service. That’s a bit awkward. Its just a blizzard, but that was nice and embarrassing while everyone else was watching as if I had something fake or whatnot, walking out. Wont be back for any reason including work.

Ok so my blizzard was just sitting there melting along with quite a few “frozen” treats and they were all lined up like they do at Starbucks. So I grabbed my blizzard just out of habit like I do at Starbucks. My bad I didn’t realize that was a no no at DQ. Trista (dq employee) said “that was very rude of you to just grab your blizzard”. I was kind of in shock I said “do you always call your customers rude?” She said “yes… if the shoe fits”

So been coming to this DQ for a while food is good and typically a 5 star location but apparently sauces are being extremely rationed? After asking for sauce we received one for a six piece chicken and one for a four piece chicken. One doesn’t cover a 4 let alone a six. This never used to be an issue. If there’s a shortage I understand, if there isn’t seriously what’s the issue???

Gave a second chance tonight and we are done with this location. Clearly asked for two 4 piece chicken baskets ordered drinks with both and a 6 piece chicken basket with a drink. Asked for bbq for the 6 piece and ranch for the 4 piece along with fry sauce. When we received our order noticed they missed one of the 4 piece baskets. The two blizzards we ordered were super runny and couldn’t be flipped over. We went to KFC for the other meal. When we arrived home the 6piece only had four in it I got one bbq sauce for it and the 4 piece got two ranch, each of us got one fry sauce. Never going here again. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

Excellent service here. I have never had a wrong order brought out to me. Very short waits for food and if the wait is a little long the manager will personally come out to make it right. The place is very clean and tidy.
