Disappointed. Ordered food for the 3 of us. Two combos and the 7$ deal. The food for the 7$ deal was fine. My burger was warm enough to melt the cheese. But my husband’s patties were so cold the cheese didn’t even melt. The burger was about a warm as the veggies they put on it. No we didn’t go back because we were on a long drive across the state. Only ate here because we were on the road. Very sad

When I travel, I like to stop in for a small cone. I have been eating at DQ for four decades, but they have gotten too expensive for the value and that is exactly what I experienced yesterday. $3.78 for a KIDDIE CONE.
[edit – I told the cashier I wanted the smallest cone they had. When she told me the price, I confirmed it was for the smallest cone. She said yes. I expected like a “small” cone, but not the KIDDIE cone.]
[In Cle Elum it was $2.16. The chocolate topping made it $2.70 – still too much for the value, but better.]
I refused it and the teenagers behind the counter got really annoyed “We don’t price the food.”
I get that, but when someone refuses their expensive rip off food, they should expect it and handle it without being jerks.
When Dairy Queen goes out of business for good it will be their own fault.

This restaurant is incredibly well maintained. The inside was clean, well lit, organized and wonderfully nostalgic. Highly recommend. Food was satisfying and staff was friendly and efficient.

A bunch of teens working the store. The buffalo strips were absolutely vile. I feel bad because they were obviously swamped with orders but that’s no excuse for the food quality. Yikes… They did get my blizzard right though, that was great.

Arrived shortly after open, hungry and eager for some grub. Between completely lacking customer service and fairly large ring-up/pricing issues that the employee on the register had no enthusiasm to resolve even after being questioned/asked, I just turned around and left.

Irritated because I was looking forward to this and they didn’t have chocolate ice cream. We decided on the $7 meal deal and were sharing so when I ordered my sundae they told us they didn’t have chocolate icecream. Annoyed because the only thing I wanted they didn’t have. How are you an icecream place without chocolate icecream?
Now I am even more irritated because there was no gravy included in the chicken strip basket.
Then is got worse when the fries were cold…

Ordered delivery and 2 of the items we got were completely wrong. I ordered a double Cheeseburger for my son and instead they sent a kids hamburger and my husband got a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard instead they sent a Chocolate Chip Blizzard, no cookie dough whatsoever. More upset about the burger because I paid almost 10 dollars for that.
