Well went through the drive through and they took my order perfectly fine. Get to the window. Charged me perfectly fine. Then proceeded to give me my food. Which they forgot my sauce on my 7 dollar meal deal. Chicken strips were fried in old oil and they taste disgusting. Forgot my sundae on my 7 dollar meal deal. Almost forgot the drink. I also ordered a separate large m&m blizzard with oreos. And they forgot the oreos. But they had no problem charging me extra for it. This place continues to disappoint it needs to be shut down. No one actually cares about service and the food industry

Worst experience ever! Tried ordering Uber delivery fir dairy queen. It said error with the hamburger. I tried ordering Uber pickup said error with hamburger. So we went to dairy queen to order in the drive through. I asked for cheeseburger happy meal, no must…..rude lady interrupts me and says they don’t have happy meals. I said kids meal or whatever it is you want to call it. So no mustard and…. she interrupts me again asking about the beverage. I answer her question about the beverage then I try to resume telling her no mustard and no pickles but she interrupts again asking what kind of Dilly bar. So I answer that question. And she asked me if that was everything. I said no, in the burger no mustard and no pickle and add lettuce. She asked if thats everything. I said medium lemon lime misty freeze, a 6 piece chicken stripe basket, large…. dumb girl talks over me asking if thats with a drink. I said no. Then she asked me if thats 4 piece or 6 piece. I said 6 piece. She asked if that’s everything. I said a cheese burger with no mustard and extra pickles. She asks if thats everything. I said a large chocolate brownie extremely blizzard with cookie dou… interrupts to tell me they dont have brownies. I said ok substitute the brownie for snickers. She said she cant do that. I said yes you can. She said she can do a snickers blizzard and add chocolate chunks because its the same. I said no its not the same because the brownie extreme also has brownie batter and chocolate syrup. So was silent so I repeated my order of Choco extremely brownie blizzard with cookie dough bites. She asked me if thats everything. I said yes. I get the blizzard first and notice its vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks and snickers. I set it down and wait for my receipt. While waiting for the receipt I get a bottle of water and a bag with the food. I get the receipt and verify it was rang up as a snickers blizzard with chocolate chunks. I said its made wrong and hand it back. He asked me what I ordered so I told him I ordered a chocolate extremely brownie blizzard with cookie dough. He said he will have to charge me extra for the cookie dough. They remake the blizzard hand it to me and instantly shuts the windows and walks away. I sat there and waited for them to come back so I could get me receipt back. Then he hands me the receipt and shuts the windows again. Frustra5ed I just drove off. While driving down the road I open my burger to notice mustard and lettuce on my burger. I checked the kids meal burger and it was just the patty and cheese. Then I noticed my blizzard was still wrong, after that I noticed we didn’t even get the slushy.

Our group had an excellent time at this particular DQ store. The service was on point and we had the most epic ice cream cone ever. If you like vanilla ice cream and want a large one, just ask they’ll make your dream come true.

Veerryyy slow on the drive through. Had to wait for a couple of minutes to order at the sign and have been waiting for food at the window for over 6 or 8 minutes. Long enough to eat my blizzard and write this review! Definitely not fast food!

Lady at the counter was put out and seemed like she didnt even want to be here herself, that made me wonder if I even wanted to order anything. She was rude and not attentive didnt talk directly to us kept pausing in mid order to answer headset, didnt apologize. The she had to delete what she put on our order 5 times when we just wanted 3 of the misty slush. Then after she handed me my receipt without another word and went back to her headset. Although I will not let this ruin my day it was not a pleasant experience. The mists are partially blended and halfway melted. As u can see in the pics right on the counter where they set them.

The girls there tonight were obviously very unhappy with working/receiving our business. Very rude and handed us our blizzard with ice cream all over the side. They were also out of the confetti dip and cookie dip, I know they can’t control but was a disappointing cherry on top.

Group of lady’s next to us were having a good old time, laughing and telling stories. It was nice. Only complaint the first door i tried was locked and I had to go around the building to the other side to get in.
