The strawberry cheesecake ice cream cake was mind-blowingly awesome ❣️ . The restaurant and bathrooms were so clean I think I saw my reflection in the floor, and the service was speedy and friendly. I was super impressed by how ridiculously helpful the staff was in saving me from cake catastrophe by helping me pick the perfect size and decorate a birthday cake on the fly. And, genius move, they even hooked me up with a cake bag, because, priorities. Thanks for being my cake heroes and saving the day at the last minute!

Boy oh boy, don’t get me started on this dairy queen. I probably had the best stanking blizzard in the history of dairy queen. I have been to nearly 20k dairy queens. The assitant manager, Ahneesh was so nice and so sweet when handing me my order. Everyone tap in on foenem.

Paid $13 for 6 tenders a small fry which should have been a large and Untoasted toast. Never got a receipt and the clerk that took my order needs to learn to not interrupt and to listen. I get the rise in cost for food but my god this was embarrassing

I’m gonna give a 4 star because I’m trying to cut them some slack. You couldn’t go inside to order or eat so the drive thru was extra slammed. Waited to get a blizzard and the blizzard was delicious as usual.

Bad customer service with Blizzards. We ordered 5 and they charged us for 9. We got refunded and decided to order again (drive through). We ordered the 5 again and they asked us to move to the side. 15 minutes later passed and we had to go inside and they said they will start to do them right away! I noticed how others who were barely arriving got priority. I left without 3 disappointed children. Never again.

First of all, the ice cream, as always was great, however my burger was not. When it came, it was haphazardly put together and the lettuce was limp and there was more on the packaging than on the burger. The sauce was also everywhere. I thought the flame thrower came with tomato and pickles as well(which this didn’t) but that could be my mistake. The fry container was mostly empty and my fries were cold. Also, we bought cheese curds and asked for some ranch to dip them in and was charged an additional .75 each which I think is ridiculous. That’s why I only gave 3 stars.

The kids who work there act as if they’re in a prison. Getting anyone to understand my order from the drive-thru is a challenge every time. Now we just yell our orders.
