They have to be the slowest people in the world. First you have to make noise just so someone notices you’re at the counter. Second they take forever to make anything. I could take a nap and still have to wait. Feels like we’d get GTA 6 before any order from this DQ. Please teach your staff how to be quicker. People are waiting and time is money

The food tastes great, and the employees seem friendly. But when I walked in, no one greeted me even though they weren’t busy taking an order. There wasn’t anyone else in the lobby area waiting to order. It didn’t look like they were busy, but if they were it would’ve been great for someone to at least say they’d be with me in a little bit. I waited for what felt like 5 minutes before letting someone know I needed to order. Once I ordered, the service was quick. So that was nice.
A customer service tip- if you let someone know you’ll be with them as soon as possible, or simply that you’re busy, that customer will be much more inclined to wait patiently than if it seems they’re just being ignored.

They take so long to give you your food. I ordered a simple meal, they gave me my ice cream first then told me to pull up and I sat there for 15-20 minutes until they finally brought my simple meal out. I wasn’t even ordering for others, just myself and it took forever. The service is terrible, they sound irritated while taking my order and it’s very unprofessional. This is a FAST food restaurant not a sit and wait for 20 minutes for a simple meal.

Worst dairy Queen here, this is my second time here and management said they would help a wonderful visit next time and this is the last time I will ever come back here. Fries were cold Burger was cold just like my blizzard it was the only thing that tasted good plus she spilled some of the blizzard on the table when she flipped it upside down.

Had to wait over 45 minutes to receive our oder. Food was cold. We arrived at 10 am on our way up to Seattle. Delay in receiving our food was explained as the hamburger grill had to get to a hot temp to cook. Still should not take 45 minutes. We were offered a box of dilly bars to take with us but I would not entertain eating even one in our rental car driving up. We should not have been charged for this meal

Food was great, staff was ever greater. Worker named Vanessa was so super sweet and patient with us taking our time to order. Not only that she brought us our meal with a genuine smile on her face. Thank you Vanessa!

This is the worst dairy queen I have ever been to. There has not been a SINGLE time where I’ve ordered food and they haven’t made me pull forward to wait 20+ min; and this is when they’re not even busy! I was here the other day and waited over 15 min for a single order of french fries and when I got them they were hard and basically inedible. I don’t know why this store has so many issues, but I avoid coming here at all costs now.

Why does it take a whole staff of people 20 minutes to make a 4 peice chicken basket? Not only that it took 5 minutes for sombody to even take my order, and they finished my order, and then let it sit on the counter for another 3 minutes before going “did we give that basket to that kid?”. Not only that but they got my order wrong, and the lady in front of me. It’s dairy queen, not NASA. I have timed lunches for where I work and I’d rather eat flavored air then stand in that nursing home. Oh and my favorite part? Half of them just stood there laughing and talking with each other the whole time.Thanks guys.

Ordered 1 simple cheeseburger, fries and the pretzel sticks. Was asked to pull forward and wait for order, okay no biggie, at least everything will be fresh I’m thinking, LOL. After 10 minutes of waiting they have the audacity to bring these soggy old fries that were just dropped in oil to be reheated before serving, unbelievable. Just lazy, low standard service.
Edit : I have came twice since my last visit and spoken with the new manager and have been very pleased with each visit. Service is great and food has been fresh each time. The new manager is doing great

Drive thru hours are listed as being until 11. My partner and I pulled up at 10, and instead of just telling us they were closed they shut the light board off and watched us through the window until we drove away. I understand a business being closed at a different time than listed, but at least tell the customer in the drive through that you’re closed for the night when the hours are incorrect. I’m willing to bet the reply to this review is just going to be the generic “we hope you try us again” they’ve given every other review instead of actually informing employees.
