Wow. This location has the worst customer service. There was no one in the restaurant but the 2 girls working didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. I stood at the counter waiting for one of them to take my order. Finally got my order in and my food, and asked for sauce for my onion rings and cheese curds. She charged me for both saying they don’t come with sauces. I’ve never been charged with sauce at any other Dairy Queen for my cheese curds and onion rings. Every fast food place has always given me sauce without charge. It’s like ordering chicken nuggets and they charge you for sauce. Makes no sense! My food was also burnt, both the onion rings and cheese curds. Will not be returning to this location.

Whoever owns this Dairy Queen better not be proudly calling themselves a business owner. Love to the 3 employees this place has but it’s so sad. Place hasn’t been updated in 20 years and it’s always completely understaffed. They do their best but they’re clearly unsupported by corporate and ownership. Do better

Don’t visit this location, the app doesn’t actually contain what they sell product wise and then they won’t refund you when you didn’t receive any of your order. The only offer is a coupon for a blizzard size smaller than what is paid for. I’ve had to file a dispute with DQ corporate and my credit card.

My wife was very excited to eat DQ. We never had it. This was the worst fast food we have ever had. The burgers had very little sauce and the cheese wasn’t melted. Large fries only half full and stuck together and not cooked enough . The onion rings were good but only 5. It was a wast of money for $30. We will not go back

EDIT: I’m editing to say that I went in the following day and spoke to a manager, not sure what level management. He listened, was very kind, and gave me coupons to replace all 5 meals plus the solo burger at a later date. Said he would speak to the employee who was rude and his manager. I appreciate them making it right. I added 1 more star ro the service and overall rating.
This was awful. Spent $72 and gave them a $16 cash tip. All 3 of our burgers were wrong, they made all 3 with only BBQ sauce and cheese even tho they were 3 different burgers off the menu with no mods. The box our chicken strip basket was in looked like somebody literally punched it out of anger. They straight up didn’t give us either of the dilly bars with our kids meals (not even in a kids bag either,) they also forgot my slushy so only 4 of our 5 drinks, and I substituted onion rings but got fries. So exactly every single meal we ordered had something wrong or missing from it. To top it off the kid with the greesy long black hair working the drive thru had a terrible attitude and was clearly pissed to be there.
I work in the industry, I am so upset because I could never imagine being so careless and disrespectful.

Well I’m short the food was good, the portion size changed every time I went. Sometimes more sometimes less. Idk what the deal is with that. But other than prices higher than they used to be it taste like good old Dairy Queen.

I had a fantastic experience at the Dairy Queen drive-thru today, all thanks to Edward! He was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s not every day you get such great service, but Edward really made the visit stand out. His positive energy and attention to detail made my day. Honestly, Edward needs a raise immediately because he’s going above and beyond with his customer service. Thanks, Edward, for making my experience so great-I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Not recommended. We visited this location on halloween night – the door said thet closed at 9pm, we showed up at 8 and they wouldnt let us in so we had to use drive through. Even tho there was nobody there we had to wait by the speaker for anyone to answer. They were out of oreo reeses blizzard and wanted us to pay extra.

We used to come here fairly often. The quality is beyond terrible.
Today I ordered two basket meals and a kids meal.
– 1st basket meal I asked for a side of gravy, and it barely covered the bottom of the little cup there was hardly any in there. Also no fork for the smothered BBQ strips.
– 2nd basket I ordered the chicken bites and they were TINY. I can’t describe it.. just look at the photo.
– Kids meal, they said they would give me a coupon for the kids cone because my kid was asleep. No coupon was there.
And the sprite in the meal was sugar water. No carbonation and gross.
I gotta admit it was frustrating because I grabbed these meals to take my husband and surprise him at work for his birthday and the meals were not great at all. Very disappointing.
