This is my 3rd time going to this location and today was the latest I’ve went and it’s 10pm. Once again for the 3rd time they have denied to serve me due to “they are closing early” like all 3 times it’s said they are open until 12pm. Yet company is still open and to get denied service is just ridiculous. The 1st time I came in they told me only icecream they will serve, yet I tried to order 2 ice creams and got denied and told I can only order one. This night/closing crew is just young people that don’t want to do their job. And honestly I’ll never come back to this location. These people are just lazy. Would not recommend anyone to come here after 9pm or you will just waist your time.

Went to eat a quick lunch with my beloved and we decided to dine-in to relive the experience and stay out of the cold. Big mistake. Service was super slow and they got to every other order before they finally got to us. I understand being busy, but how do you make customers in your own place wait so long? Fast food? No. Slow and loud. Couldn’t even hardly hear myself speak or think straight with all the loud noise going on. Patience was pushed when they started cleaning suddenly behind the counter instead of making our food. I’ll start going to the one on Main Street again from now on.
Maybe hire someone who actually cares.

The guy taking orders, was blatantly disrespectful to the guy ordering ahead of me. Then on top of that I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this specific location for the new Oreo snowdrift blizzard because it was advertised as one of the select stores that had it early before Januarys national launch. Then the guy taking orders met me with attitude and said he’d never heard of the new blizzard that was being advertised. Then on top of that they messed up my simple blizzard order.
Safe to say I will NEVER go back to that location again

The guy taking orders in the drive though is unbearable. He’s trying to be funny but he’s not funny. I try ordering a butterfinger blizzard and he said no I can’t have one. So I think they’re out of butterfinger and order the cheesecake one and he says “just kidding we have butterfinger”. Ok? So I order a small and he said “no you want a medium.” I tell him no a small please and then he says “medium?” So. I spell out s.m.a.l.l. And he says “oh so medium.” He’s not being funny he’s being annoying. So I tell him to “charge me for a small but give me a medium then”, and he says “no that’s not the way it works”. So then I get frustrated and tell him to give me a godang small! The whole time he’s laughing. I finally get to the window and he’s not acknowledging me but chatting with the coworkers with the window open. I pay and he asks if I want a receipt and I say yes. He says “why? You don’t need it” Like what? What do you mean why? I tell him I want my point for the app. And he tell me I can give him my info and they can add points to my account right from the system. I tell him that’s ok, I’ll just take the receipt. I don’t understand why this whole process had to be so difficult. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to encounter his odd behavior. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. He is truely insufferable.

Edit 2/27 – I was in town for an appointment and thought I would give another try. Unfortunately I was missing a side and paid dip, and I was not given my receipt.
Edit 7/3 – Contacting online just tells you to call. This location doesn’t pick up the phone. Doesn’t give receipts and then messes up your order. Can’t prove a mistake without a receipt so you are screwed.
This location habitually forgets items ordered, and then does not give you the option for a refund. Even in cases where the location randomly closes before a pick up order time, it takes several days and calling many times to get someone to refund an order (managers are not able to give refunds, which is weird). The ice machine is frequently broken, which is frustrating for a DQ. Other DQ locations warn you of this one siting poor service and food.

INCREDIBLY rude drivethrough attendant. After being greeted with the regular “What can I get you?” I tried to order a couple burgers. After being told “No.” with zero explanation, few seconds of silence passed. I asked why. It was angrily explained that “It’s late! We’re understaffed! I just sent the whole kitchen on break! We can only get ice cream!” So I left. Worst ever drive through experience by far. I’m a line cook- you never send the whole kitchen on break during service hours. Perhaps this location needs a new manager. Ridiculous interaction.

Slow and rude service had to wait for 15 minutes in the “grill waiting spots”, when I went inside to ask where my food was I found unclean conditions and overflowing garbage cans.
Also one of the workers had her boyfriend sitting in the lobby talking with her. When I complained he threatened me for saying his girlfriend needed to work not talk.
Can’t wait for my generic response from the owner.

Ordered a Oreo blizzard and it has a few big chunks of Oreo on top and then just vanilla ice cream. Not what I paid for. Are people seriously that lazy they can’t push a button and hold a cup there til everything is mixed. People work hard for their money, and I’m tired of feeling ripped off. If you can’t work fast food and take some pride, maybe you should pick a different job.

Really nice crew! Always good people, but do not waist my money on the larger ice cream. Exact same size, when I stopped them and said I ordered two different sizes Sundays I was told one has a larger base… surprised to find both have the exact same weight when I got them on a scale at home. Don’t waist your money.

2 stars because the people working are nice but under staffed and overwhelmed.
It’s just an expectations thing.
Like don’t expect the lobby to be open when you place an order for pickup.
Don’t expect the drive through to move fast.
Don’t expect the fast food workers to enjoy their job.
Don’t expect a franchise to keep up with its other national competitors.
Otherwise great blizzard with mid food.
I haven’t actually got my food yet as I wrote this while I was sitting in the drive through for over 30 minutes.
