While the service was great, the price of a medium Blizzard doubling in less than 5 years is crazy and not even in line with inflation. I suggest getting your next ice cream fix from the mom and pops. They are cheaper with higher quality ice cream. I should have just gotten rolled ice cream at 3 rivers or sweet spot.

First time we have ordered from here in ages. I did it on their website said it would ready at 4:51. Got there said they hadn’t received the order yet . The lady that was waiting the counter was very loud and not very impressive. The young lady that was also there told her they had received it and the other lady said oh no they hadn’t. Come to find out she had given our order to someone else. I had to wait to have it made again.
There was not definite apology from the loud person. She just handed it to me and I was gone. Got home the burger was burnt and the ice cream tasted like marshmallow fluff . Not good. We will not go back again.

I had an online order and it wasn’t started until I arrived. While I was waiting for my order to be made, there was 3 to 4 employees that had stopped doing their job to look for one employee’s vape that he lost. The same employee that could not find his vape was also cussing up a storm while he was walking around the lobby in front of customers.

I normally do not go out of my way to leave reviews but I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The blizzards are always messy and dripping down the sides of the cup making for a sticky, messy car. A few members of the staff at the drive thru window are unfriendly and rarely even speak to you. When ordering Doordash, pickup or delivery, an item has been forgotten almost every single time. What’s the point in ordering delivery when I have to drive to the location and pick up my missing item anyways? I let it slide a few times but that was my mistake because when I went to get my missing items from today and a few days ago, the item from a few days ago was not honored. I had to go through Doordash support for them to be able to help with a refund. Extremely frustrating and I will not longer be going to this DQ location.

I ordered a honey barbecue chicken strip basket, when I opened the box I found there was NO barbeque sauce on the chicken, they had put it in dipping cups!!!
Of course I called to have it replaced. When I went back to the establishment I was very rudely told they were out of food!!!
I demanded a refund and I will never visit that location again.

I usually just go here a couple times a year to get a soft serve cone don’t eat from menu don’t go inside to be fair I won’t comment on those thing’s I use drive up service is always great ice-cream is always great besides MD never has a working machines lol

every time I come here to this establishment I feel so welcome. I know almost every single staff member, but it really feels personal. Blizzards are always so good. I want to cry whoever makes them always do such a good job. For example, jackson, bo, and Luke are the three I know always make my blizzards. generally at the counter, I see zach, Trevor, or shaden. Sometimes they are training new people but always do a good job. managers are always so nice and greet me every day when I walk into the Dairy Queen. I am in here almost every day getting multiple items, and this week alone have racked up 500 points. PLZ COME HERE SO GOOD.

The fries are always good. I always forget they serve toast with their stuff. Always soggy, so I never touch it. Family seems to like the burgers. My 6pc chicken strip basket was gross. The fries, again, were okay. The strips were all about as long as my index finger, over-battered and contained very little actual chicken. tasted like old fryer grease. Left my fingers and mouth with this strange flavor/odor and feeling slimy. More batter than chicken. Why are there press marks on my chicken strips? Is it made from chicken stuff, rather than strips of actual chicken? $10.29+tax for this meal? I could have spent half that at the mini-mart (Miller’s Market) a few blocks away and gotten a way better basket of chicken (thicker and definitely real chicken).

The older gal working at the drive thru should at least smile. The wait was long… When I come to the to Dairy Queen I feel like a kid and I’m always excited to get my ice cream. The lady at the drive-thru could have a better position in the back.

Today I ordered a small chocolate xtreme blizzard with EXTRA coco fudge around 4pm in the drive thru. As I pulled away I noticed my blizzard looked like it was just vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks in it. so I look at the receipt to see if maybe they missed the extra coco fudge, they didn’t! I was charged 83cents for extra coco fudge. So I pull around front and go to the door. I told the girl who answered the door the situation and I was super nice and I even had my receipt. she rudely says she’s the the one who made the blizzard and she’s sure she put extra coco fudge in it. so I nicely said that’s weird I always get this and it’s usually way darker. she then says well I guess I can remake it for you but it’s going to look the exact same. So then I said no thanks and walked away. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager and got NO ANSWER!!!! i’m extremely disappointed with how that situation was handled especially because I used to work there and I know that was not the appropriate way to handle the situation.
