Even though other options were closer we went the extra mile to have lunch here. Everything was fresh and hot. However they forgot my fry sauce and the salt and pepper my husband asked for.

We are at the restaurant right now and literally the employees are so nice! The restaurant is clean, they are working but all seem to be in great spirits and having a good time. You never see that anymore. What a great experience!!

Absolutely awful experience. They refused to sell extra toppings on the side (seriously?), then acted like I was the inconvenience. Staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly only cared about repeating that the lobby was closing in 30 minutes instead of actually providing basic customer service.
Completely unprofessional from start to finish.
Food sucked. Service sucked. The whole vibe was “hurry up and leave.”
Honestly, I’d recommend licking your foot before coming here — at least that would be more enjoyable.

I went through the drive thru and a girl with pink and blue hair was extremely rude, and very unwelcoming. I work in customer service and genuinely would never treat a person like how she treated me and my friend. I said thank you after ordering and getting my food and all she said back was “yep.” and slammed the window on us. and at drive thru she didn’t even tell us to pull up she just said “okay.” I get if people are having a bad day but to project it on others is not okay. You chose this job, not me, and if you don’t want to be there then that’s not my fault. Act nicer towards customers as you’re the one serving and taking orders. Disappointed.

My first time at the Kelso Dairy Queen was on December 14, 2025. The food was good, but unfortunately the service was not. The staff was rude to customers and openly gossiping, including making fun of a coworker and laughing at them. It created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere, especially for a workplace. Overall, it was a disappointing experience despite the quality of the food.

I’m just frustrated with the fact that I come here 3 times a week and get the same thing and they almost always get it wrong even though I write it down every time.
All I ever want is a blue raspberry misty freeze. It’s always just the slush part. Or they put the ice cream in and don’t blend it!
Always have to have them fix it. What the hell.

Always closing way to early. Earlier than what corporate says to. Dairy queen is one of the cheaper options to order on doordash so I usually order here when I can but normally dinner time is around 8pm but they always close before that or even before 9pm which is when they’re supposed to close. Theyre unreliable and usually give tiny peices of food anyways. I wouldnt waste your time or money here

This is there new special 5 onion rings in one basket none In the other. One basket 6 fries no onion rings. This place is getting worse service sucks. Long time customer but we will not be back. 25 bucks for nothing pitiful

Rushed to get to DQ by 8:40 which is 20 minutes before dining room and 50 minutes before drive thru closes yet we sat at drive thru with four other cars and staff didn’t say a word or help anyone. Very disappointing and you should post online you are closing that early so we could have gone to a different one before they closed.

Always a great experience and tasty food. They are a bit slow but it’s supposed Tobe freshly made so I expect that. I got the Rotisserie chicken instead of strips because I didn’t want to hurt my gums and teeth on crunchy food. There was definitely not enough meat but it was tasty and juicy. They frys were perfect not too much salt like McDonald’s.. lol
