Well this was a first: I received a cheeseburger with no patty on it. They fixed it and made me another burger, but they made the burger with cheese, double pickles and all, no patty (photo attached). It’s coincidentally my birthday, so this was quite the gift! Glad we had chosen dine in so they could fix it.

It wasn’t very busy. There were several other tables occupied. There was a person behind the counter that took my order right away. It was around 1 pm just after lunch hour.
I ordered the number one from the stackburger menu. Which is two patties, bacon, two kinds of cheese lettuce tomatoes pickles ketchup Mayo. No onions. I also ordered a large fry and a medium drink.
After ordering I did not have to wait long before my food came out to my table. The guy who brought my food out was very professional and nice.
The burger came out hot and quality tasting. I was happy with the amount of lettuce and tomatoes. However the bacon was chewy and I found it annoying to try and bite through the burger. The bacon should have been cooked till it’s a little more crispy. The flavor of crispy bacon comes through better than when it’s chewy. Plus it’s easier to bite through.
The fries were fresh and hot. And I got a lemonade from the fountain drinks. It tasted fine there were no issues with the syrup mix like I’ve had at other burger royalty restaurants. (Hint hint, LoL)
After reading the other reviews I was surprised. I didn’t experience those issues at all. Everything was clean, the service was good, respectful and prompt.
Maybe they addressed the issues and that’s why my experience was 5 stars worthy.
Give it another try folks.

We really enjoy the food but over the last several weeks we couldn’t help but notice that the women’s rest room and even the hall way outside of the women’s restroom smells as bed as a porta-potty at a worksite. Its disgusting! Either it has a major problem in the restroom or perhaps the janitor closet is the source of the stench. It could be that the mop is not being rinsed properly and they are still using it to mop the floors. Please address the issue as it is enough to make one wonder just how sanitary everything else is.

Empty drive thru. 3 cars in the parking lot and I have to pull around front and wait 6 minutes while my sundae is melting away. Last time had to wait 13 minutes. Never coming back. It’s completely ridiculous. Now I see why they ask if you want your receipt.

The blizzard and peanut Buster parfait were excellent. Presentation was lacking as there was strawberry, dripping all the way down to the bottom of the blizzard cup. There was barbecue sauce all over the box. The attendant did not tip over the blizzard to show that it was thick. To top it off we had to park and wait for our food. I’m fine with waiting but when an establishment makes you pull around in order to get a better score on their wait time it feels like cheating.

Foods alright. It’s mainly the fact yall dont seem to follow the fact youre SUPPOSED to put a lid on a blizzard. Every single time, I have to ask for lids. It should not be a constant slip up every time. Its like handing someone their drink and expecting them not to spill it. Also. It should not take 8-9 minutes to make 3 blizzards. Especially the common quick and easy ones. Just saying

food is really good, but i had to wait like 35 minutes for a cheese burger on my lunch break, and i was about 10 minutes over my lunch and i work across the street. i apreciate the effort from the blonde chick in the glasses having to keep reminding them that i needed my food, and i got a free treat.

I had ordered a triple flamethrower combo in a large the guy that took my order also took 2 other orders that were with me we all specifically said triple burger it comes back and its a double im not one to complain much but the attention to detail here is terrible how does d and t sounds anything close to the same double and triple complete different words so when I took it back to get my triple they wouldn’t exchange it and continued to argue with me about it not to mention I should be calling the health department and suing seeing as not one single person with long hair had it tied up or in a hair Net there were flies swarming my food as I ate and the tables were covered in food what kind of establishment is being ran here its a joke im going to get ahold of the better buissness bureau and see about doing something about this im a high contributing citizen of battleground and something will change weather you guys do something about it or not thank you have a nice day

Well I won’t say Dairy Queen is healthy, cheap, or amazing to visit. However, it’s got very friendly people who will whip you up something custom in a pinch if the menu isn’t looking stellar. One lady gave me a marshmallow banana fudge shake and that thing was magical. It’s a gross corporation but the people that work here make it worth going every few months. I hope everyone is as nice to them as they were to me. The Dilly bars are amazing.

Only been to drive thru service. Never had a bad experience. Mostly teenage workers but they do a good job getting you taken care of quickly on a hot day when everyone wants ice cream
