The food here is never consistent. We usually order the chicken strip baskets, but often one basket arrives with small, tough chicken pieces and cold fries, while the other comes with freshly cooked strips and hot fries. This has happened multiple times.

Always friendly, always Johnny Cash playing, outside area to sit in summer with a little steam to view. The drive thru is the most crazy thing about it but always hot food, great service, and of course the ice cream!!

Gotta love the old DQ. Nothing like that soft serve covered or mixed up with your favorite toppings. The Shelton DQ has exceptional service, especially for a made to order establishment. Staff is polite, friendly and always remembers to flip the blizzard.

Next to Shelton Creek, this DQ is an excellent place to enjoy ice cream, and nature. This store is clean, the staff very friendly and the food is delicious. My favorite here is the Oreo Blizzard, which they hold upside down when they serve it to you, yes, it’s very thick.
Enjoy the patio next to the creek, and the flowers when they are in bloom.

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through on a hot day to get a blizzard and sundae, that’s it. Got to the window and waited another minute until the guy opened it and took our money then said it should be out in a bit. After another couple minutes of waiting and watching the employees inside mozy around he hands us our blizzard and says again our sundae should be out in a bit. We only ordered two things and after 15 minutes of waiting you still don’t have it?! At this point my boyfriend says can you please hurry up because we had been waiting for 15 minutes at this point and it was 87 out. The employee says okay we’re trying then says well do you just want a refund? and we say fine, thinking he’d give us the sundae as well. He refunds us just for the blizzard we got, not the sundae. We will not be coming back, all i wanted was ice cream on a hot day :((

First time here and will not be back. We ordered online and waited over 25 min to pick up. While sitting waiting I noticed how absolutely disgusting the counters and milkshake machine were. Old milk thrown all over and splatter of milkshakes all over the machine. The stirring mechanism was covered in many different flavors. Health department needs to make a visit.

1:42pm on a Monday. Cashier was great but the other employees didn’t care. Blizzards were not inverted, they were more like milkshakes. Employee refused when I asked about it. Soft Drinks were wrong, had to have them replaced. Zero pride of place. I am disappointed, never been this bad before.

Creekside tables were open, need to put the outdoor trash receptacle back. FYI pupcups are free my doogo loved his. The service was excellent and fast. We enjoyed our trip there very much.

I don’t understand why sometimes you order a heath blizzard and it’s vanilla with heath chunks (like I want) and sometimes they randomly decide to use chocolate ice cream as raw base. We got 4 blizzards and a silly bar. They flipped over the first blizzard that was much less full than all the others, and I didn’t even realize until we got home (3 or so mins away) and realized they were very melted) that they didn’t flip any of the other 3. Usually I don’t care but I’m guessing that means they were already too soft to flip when they gave them to us. This site is also usually pretty slow. They didn’t give us a receipt so I can’t take a survey.
