We have placed a few orders here through the app, and they had been missing items or received wrong items. Whenever we call to correct the issue, the stuff argues with us. We wil just no longer be ordering. They obviously need re training. We pay the delivery fee, and then end up having to go in anyways. We will absolutely not be ordering anymore. Very rude employees !!!!

When DQ had their Wednesday Meal of Misfortune promotion my daughter wanted to try the various surprise dips that came with the included chicken nuggets and the “blood” frosty, so we popped into the local Harrison Ave DQ to place an order.
The staff at the window was fun and funny, also very skilled at their jobs and fast—even with the bit of construction going on in their parking lot. If I had a business and needed employees I would have hired any of these people in a cool second!
We drove a short distance and had a pleasant lunch in Borst Park watching the ducks and dog walkers while discussing the show and the food.
Our Meals came with all four of the interestingly flavored dips, so we got to try them all and experience the Wednesday hype. It was a delightful Mother-Daughter bonding moment that even Morticia and Wednesday would be proud of.

wait was long and no one else was inside and the staff seemed very annoyed I even walked in so much ketchup on my burger it was literally oozing out of the sides and I didn’t even wanna eat it anymore.. ♀️

I would give them less than 1 star if possible. I ordered the BBQ tossed chicken, I had to actually go and get sauce to dip them in. The gravy, well, no. The amount of money paid isn’t worth the filth they call food. The only worth it’s weight in gold was the drink.

What an incompetent staff. My goodness. 40 dollars for two meals and your staff cant even give the proper burgers nor take things off of them. Laziness at its finest. Seek new employees

Food was as expected. Service was OK. Staff seemed down. Found it kind of odd to have the cashier wearing a really big Christian cross around his neck. Looked in the kitchen and saw a couple others. Fine, but odd. Like a cult. Wonder if these kids ever read Matthew chapter 6? Wearing your faith on a string is easy, and ostentatious. Live your faith. No need to virtue signal it. Feel sorry for any neighbors that aren’t Christian and just want to get an ice cream without having to confront feeling like an outsider. Wear it in your heart and through your behavior, like Jesus instructed you to do.

Wait times are sometimes long in the drive-thru. I’ve gotten cold, oily, floppy fries and chicken that made me sick for 24 hours. Service is usually good and atmosphere is typical DQ. I’ll only go back for blizzards.

While my blizzard tasted excellent which is the only reason I give 1 star. I like to dip fries in my blizzard and found not one but TWO hairs in my blizzard. And didn’t find them until we were down the 5 too far away to turn around.

Nice front lady. She actually helped get my order a little bit cheaper since I was ordering items all separate. Which was nice and very helpful.
