We havr been going to this location for years and I don’t think we have ever had a bad experience here. The service is always friendly and prompt enough considering they’re nearly always busy. I have been to many DQ locations that are run by teenagers that don’t want to be there and will ignore customers until they leave in order to avoid having to do anything. This location is not like that. They have good staff who are super nice and do a good job

When coming in to pick up an online order a woman today looked at me and just said “okay” and said it completely rude then finally comes to the front counter she says ” now that I’m not busy what do you want”. Not sure if she was the manager or not but you should not work a job if it’s that hard to take orders or take food out of a bag to fry it. Find a job that pays better or just don’t work there if you don’t like it

My husband went and picked us up dinner from this location tonight. We will NEVER be back.
Our order is missing items. My texas toast was left out of the chicken strip basket. He was given a blizzard that was overflowing, melted, and they never flipped it. It melted all over the other food and his car. The fries are ice cold, and the containers weren’t even close to full- mine was MAYBE filled halfway. My chicken strips are even colder than the fries. My husband’s burger is MAYBE room temperature. We placed an online order and he arrived when the order was expected to be ready. There was one other customer there, and they were gone by the time he reached the window. He still had to wait, and was never even offered a paper receipt.
How hard is it to make sure food is warm and policy is followed? Either myself or my husband will be calling the location and potentially the corporate number, because this is ridiculous. I’ve never had such poor quality food or service from a Dairy Queen location. Ever.

Sat at the speaker in the drive thru for several minutes without being acknowledged at 4pm on a Friday, couldn’t get anyone’s attention to take my order, pulled to the window where the kid argued with me about taking my order. Called the restaurant and some dude answers with bro I need you to come to work. I get it’s fast food but good lord, get it together. Let’s at least pretend to know how to function as an adult.

Today seems to be an off day. My lettuce on my fish sandwich was brown, there was very little sauce. Mine and the 2 others that ordered food all had cold fries. One guy said that his cheeseburger was cold as well. Normally this place is pretty good though.

Three bad experiences here total, first time was the elderly woman that works in the evening requiring to see my receipt multiple times, second was for some reason their system took over 10min to receive my mobile order and despite me showing the same woman my receipt via the app she didn’t believe me, even though multiple other employees told her it was fine and to make the order and she though the order again button meant I hadn’t paid (the option to order past orders a second time) despite it saying paid at the bottom and my offer to show the transaction. Third time the place gave my girlfriend and I food poisoning so bad my better half had to visit the ER.

I ordered a brownie and oreo blizzard, but only wanted the brownie no oreo. She told me I had to order it as it is on the menu? Told her I’ve always gotten a blizzard with something I don’t like they have always accommodated me? Not this time. So, no worries just give me brownie with nothing else. So, as you can see from the pictures I got very little ice cream and a small brownie not blended and was charged 9.99 for this! I also ordered the pretzel sticks that were so over cooked I couldn’t eat them! I’ve come to this dairy queen a couple of times, and I’m always willing to give a place a second chance. This place does not care about the customers or how the food comes out! This is and will be the last time I go to this one

I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my 30th birthday and I told them to go crazy with the decorations and let me tell you, this is honestly the most amazing cake I’ve ever received!! Pictures don’t do it justice because it’s absolutely gorgeous. I loved the personal touches and I seriously couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them and the decorator is seriously gifted when it comes to piping.

The chocolate ice cream machine is always broken. They dont tell you when you order so you can pick something else. They wait until you get to the window and give you attitude. Been there 3 times same issue,not going back!
