Waited in a very long line. Finally made it to the window and heard an employee in the background say, “I can’t even make these orders. The ice cream is too soft.” I assumed ours weren’t impacted since they still had me pay and didn’t mention anything. But I was wrong. They gave me 2 banana splits that were complete soup. So gross. Three employees were there, all aware of the issue, and they just continued taking orders and handing these out as if nothing was wrong. Just tell me your machine is down and I will go somewhere else. Don’t make me pay and drive away only to find that you didn’t actually give me ice cream. (These photos were taken 7 mins after receiving the ice cream)
Update: I reached out multiple times and 3 months have now passed with no response and no refund. Will never visit this location again.

I come to this Dairy Queen quite often, and unfortunately the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff rarely greets customers and often seem like they don’t want to be there. Many times when I’ve come about an hour before closing, I’m told the ice cream machines are already turned off or not working. On my most recent visit, I waited at the speaker for about a minute with no response until I said hello. At the window, I was told I still owed a few cents. I apologized and got the extra money, but after I said thank you the employee gave me a rude look as I drove away. This seems to be the normal
experience here. I would recommend going to the other Dairy Queen nearby, where the customer service is much better.

Slowest crew I have seen in a long time. It wasnt crowded or very busy when I ordered at the inside counter,but it took more than 15 min to get 2 cheeseburgers and a blizzard.

Ordered bacon two cheese deluxe stackburger & peach cobbler blizzard. Get home, burger cold, lettuce & tomato no good, nothin to use for my blizzard and wasnt fresh, had to put in my freezer its 95 degrees, not driving 12 mins. again to redo my order. waste of time and $18, don’t recommend this store, avoid it much as possible.

Shoutout to my Cashier Riley, I could tell they were very very overwhelmed due to a busy night, ice cream machine was down for the night and there was a backup in the kitchen which cars were in the parking lot waiting for orders, and Rileys perseverance really made me happy. They rushed our food out to our car and substituted the ice cream for dilly bars, which my girlfriend loved!

Absolute joke of a Dairy Queen. I ordered ahead through the app, showed up on time, and was told to wait because “the ice cream wasn’t ready.” Excuse me? Ice cream is literally your entire business. And when they finally handed me my order, it wasn’t a Blizzard—it was a cup of melted soup. For over five bucks on a mini Blizzard, that’s insulting. Total rip-off, total waste of money, and zero accountability. If you can’t even deliver on your signature product, what’s the point of this place?

I love DQ but they forgot the toast in both chicken baskets. By the time I got my food from the drive through the blizzards had mostly melted, while multiple orders after mine were fulfilled. Limp as hell fries. The gravy was more like paste. Avoid this location.

This is the worst DQ I have ever been to. I got here as soon as it opened it. Everything was disgusting, like it was not clean the night before. I could see crud all over the shake machine, and the floors were sticky it unbearable to walk on. I ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, and the gravy was white water. I also watched them finger through someone’s burger to determine if everything was on it.
