Great food and ice creme but can you say super expensive? I knew you could. And makes you wonder where the money goes! Look at my photos attached at the shoddy remodel that was done! Oh dont paint down there. No one will see!!

Everything is really decent at this Dairy Queen. The food is good the people are at least efficient and the atmosphere is just your friend of the meal Dairy Queen nothing really special but it’s very clean very clean and I like that Dairy Queen prices have gone through the roof I don’t see how a family of four can go there and eat without needing a financial aid. HEATH® Caramel BrownieCupfection – yummy until the $11 price tag. And that’s desert. But if you
CAN I afford it… it tastes great.

Went to get blizzards for the family for dessert. Mentioned we had someone with a nut allergy and wanted to be sure they used a clean scoop and such. They then said they couldn’t serve an allergy. We said just forget that one and moved on with the order, only for them to say that they couldn’t serve us at all because we mentioned an allergy. Honestly seemed like pure laziness, and they didnt want to make the order because it was large. Absolutely terrible service, and wont be back. Restaurant is often never very clean as well.

We’ve been coming to this DQ for years, but something has definitely changed recently. Either there’s new management or a shift in standards, because the quality has noticeably declined.
The Blizzards no longer have the same amount of mix-ins as they used to; they’re mostly ice cream now with very little “stuff” blended in. I ordered a Royal Cheesecake Blizzard and it literally had zero cheesecake pieces in it. That’s not just disappointing, it’s unacceptable for what you’re paying.
On top of that, this location no longer accepts 50% off coupons, app rewards, or online order discounts. If you’re not going to honor promotions tied to the brand, why stay affiliated? It feels misleading to customers who expect standard DQ policies.
We’ve been loyal customers for years, but lately it just hasn’t been the same experience.

Went here to get my whole family blizzards. Went to order one of them and asked for a clean scoop because of a nut allergy. Was informed because I mentioned a nut allergy even though it’s not my allergy I could not be served at all there. When did this become a thing because I have been here before asking for a clean scoop and still been served?!

The customer service was excellent. However, I am yet to understand why the credit/debit card reader has not been fixed since at least 2 to 3 years ago. It delays purchases, and a long line are created because of it- like it did today. In addition, having the ice cream cakes locked up just seems a bit unprofessional. The food was good overall. The ice cream products do seem a bit rushed, with a messy finish.

I ordered 2 BBQ chicken baskets to go. Drove all the way home to find my order is short pieces of chicken and has no BBQ sauce on it at all. I call to talk to the manager about it because i am busy and cant go back tonight. They tell me that they will not replace the food unless I bring all the food back and the receipt tonight. That’s insane. They messed up my food and I call to ask them about it, the so called night manager gets rude with me and hangs up on me too.

Was in the mood for a shake but DQ was close by so went there instead. Got a s’mores Blizzard. For fast food, it was better than the uninspired shakes and ice cream at other chains. Still not a supreme dessert but it was made with chocolate ice cream (not vanilla with chocolate syrup) and it indeed was full of Graham crackers and chocolate chunks, so, not bad. The large size was about $8 with tax.

Skip the line. It is not worth it!!
The food is dry, cold and overpriced.
They have a sign in the window praising customer service but the manager is extremely rude, ill tempered, and seems to be burned out at his job.

Not excepting any discount or promotion things. That seems a little greedy to me. Some families use them to be able to take there kids for ice-cream or treats.
