This place has gone way up compared to the last owners, however the new owner is rude to his staff. He talks down to them. I’ve seen it happen every time he’s working with them. I’ve been inside the store 4 separate times (normally do drive thru) and each time I went in I saw him treating them like garbage. I understand it’s frustrating working with teenagers, but an hourly wage does not buy you the right to treat them that way. I hope that this is seen and heard and that he can make adjustments. The quality has gotten much better, but there’s a kinder way to approach teaching. Good luck

Ordered two large strawberry cheesecake Blizzards with extra stuff that cost almost $20. We were very disappointed that the strawberry cheesecake stuff only went less than halfway down, and the rest was vanilla ice cream. It was bad enough they doubled the price of the Blizzard but they also rip you off with the quality of it.

New owners are doing it well. I made an online pickup order, and he called to see how long it would take for me to get there, as he didn’t want our fries to get cold! We had a burger, onion rings, chicken strips, fries, and a Blizzard. The Mr. said his burger was really good and the onion rings were the best he’s had in Monroe. My chicken strips basket was yummy, and the Hot Cocoa Blizzard was delicious.

Its 3:30 AM right now. Since ordering my dq order from the US-2 location in Monroe I’ve woken up twice sick as a dog from the order (burger, blizzard, cheese curds) I got around 9 pm. Blizzard was also mostly melted ice cream

Located just off state route 2 in Monroe, sits this wonderful Dairy Queen, and there is always plenty of parking, handicap accessible, and the drive threw was not a long wait at all. The customer service was friendly, and the food and treats are good.

I usually get good service here, but after this visit, I don’t think I can go back. The employee’s name read as “Swastika,” which is either a very unfortunate name (unlikely), or it’s flat out anti-semitic and racist. The employee at the window was a white male. Absolutely vile.
