Went through the drive through, ordered the flamethrower burger combo and a 6-piece chicken strip basket with 2 medium soft drinks, came out quick but when I got home I realized it was a 4-piece chicken strip basket when I paid for a 6-piece.

I’ve been here two times and both times were disappointing. I ordered a simple blizzard both times and both times about 3/4 of the blizzard is just ice cream.
Only the top has the toppings so this tells me they aren’t putting enough toppings in the blizzards and they aren’t mixing it correctly. Bummer. If you go here might want to try the grill portion and not the chill portion for sure.

This is the cleanest DQ I have ever seen and it smelled really good in here. My cashier, named Sapphire, suggested the country gravy for my chicken strips and I loved it. I’ve never seen gravy offered at a fast restaurant and I hope one day you get biscuits. Can you imagine the hot gravy with chicken & Biscuits, topped off with a blizzard ❣️ Perfect Lunch or dinner

I ordered a meal with no pickles and my wife ordered a plain burger and they messed up both orders. Both were regular and the blizzard didn’t have the extra cake as requested. I do not live close so by the time I realized it was too late. Honestly disappointing because this is the 2nd time this month they completely failed the order. The first time I didn’t even get the right burger

Food was mid and manager/shift lead was very rude. This “manager” was complaining that we took to long to order and it was messing his times up. We could hear him yelling at the crew as well because things were “taking too long”. He took our money, and gave us drinks but never got us straws and we had to ask for them after checking the bag. Also had to ask for my debit card back after getting the food because they forgot to give it back to me. Not sure if ownership pushes these guys for quick service, but it ended up as a bad customer experience.

No one seems to know anything about the menu regarding wheat when I asked. The manager was rude and told me he “couldn’t sit there and look at the ingredients in everything” all i wanted to know was about the chocolate sauce. I felt embarrassed for trying to order and decided to leave instead of getting anything. disappointed:(

Food was great, but customer service is horrible. We ordered two drinks and only got one. So we asked for another and the lady gave us a water cup. Not knowing it was only for water my friend started filling it up with her choice of soft drink. Staff member wolfed out and screamed at us for putting soda in a water cup. We paid for a regular cup but didn’t get a different cup. So we were stuck with a singular small cup and a regular soda cup. If you’re thinking about coming here go through the drive though.

We had the sweetest and most knowledgeable young trainee, Adrianna, serve us at the counter… And bring us our treats! We had Blizzards, which you can’t go wrong with. I noticed, on the tables, was something that had long disappeared from fast food joints: napkins and ketchup packets! Kinda made it feel old school.
