The night crew went above and beyond on Sunday August 27, 2023 at 8:50ish pm, even though we were being a pain. First, we arrived 20 minutes before closing. Second, they helped us pick an awesome flavor aka the turtle blizzard that my mom absolutely loved! Finally, they separated my mother’s order in two (since my mom’s friend wanted to pay separately), all while having such a positive and chill attitude. Great job to all the staff and thank you so much for all your hard work!

My husband and I went there for dinner. I ordered the 7.00 meal with a blizzard I got a blizzard that had been sitting for awhile it was melting and not that good. They need to quite hiring young people that are to busy trying to look good for a job that all they are going to do is get dirty.

The food was below average but the dessert was pretty phenomenal! Staff and service personal were very nice, patient, and friendly. Food was hot and fresh and delivered in a timely fashion. I’m not big on the food per se but the variety of ice cream, blizzards, sundaes, etc. Were excellent. If you have a sweet tooth then this is the place to go.

I’m a sucker for a good Blizzard… This time it was the Caramel Fudge Cheesecake with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Too bad DQ doesn’t have convenient locations in Seattle. Burien is the closest to me… I could spend lots of money here.

Food was good the staff looked miserable. I went though the drive thru last night. It was very strange experience. I said, hello, thank you, have a good day for every action and person that I interacted with. The only words that came out of the three people interacted with was, what would you like to order, drive to the window through the intercom, and your total is as took my card at the window. Otherwise, I recived an empty stare from the two girls that took my payment and handed me my bag. I said thank you to. It was like a weird game to refuse to interact with me at all. Do they know they are in a customer sevice job? I realize this is idol conversation but it also polite to reply or acknowledge someone has said something. I know they herd me I was looking them in the eye and spoke clearly. I work in customer service as well, I belive that verbally acknowledging the customer and the word thank you comes about of my mouth ay the end of the transaction.

Any Dairy Queen that completely runs out of chocolate ice cream deserves 2 stars. I had to suggest to them to use chocolate syrup in vanilla. Blew the minds of the window workers.

Paid almost $8 for a small royal brownie blizzard. It did not have the chocolate core and they skimped it on all the ingredients. It was mostly the vanilla ice cream. Pretty disappointing.
