not only did they mess up my order, but they also forgot to give me straws for two of my drinks wasn’t very busy can see why I ordered two different things and they gave me the same two of the same things however fries were hot. Food was hot, but they just forgot to give me utensils and straw.

If you go inside it may be much faster than using the drive thru. Look around the side of the registers where the cakes are… perhaps you would like one to take home.

I currently live in NYC but every time I’m back in the Seattle area, I make sure to visit this finely run establishment. The staff is always so friendly (shout-out Ethan and Vickie) and the blizzards are a must get. I often visit multiple times when I’m back visiting my parents.

Love my Blizzards and this Dairy Queen is the best in the area. Staff is always super friendly, always provide lids and label them – which is super helpful.

Prob not ordering from here again. Got a chicken basket with a blizzard medium and it gave me severe food poisoning for three days. In a day or two I will be reporting this to the health inspectors for the county.

Ordered last night through Uber Eats, and the *entire* order was wrong!! In fact, it seemed like it was mixed up with another customer’s. I ordered a Mini Pumpkin Pie Blizzard and they gave the Uber driver *two* bags (the first clue that it was wrong) — one contained what appeared to be chicken tenders and the other had a large Coke, large Mint Oreo Blizzard and large Butterfinger or Snickers Blizzard…None of which I ordered!!!
When I called the store (twice), no one answered, so I ended up having to leave a poor review and request a refund through Uber.
The customer service and the quality has definitely gone downhill at this location. The fact that numerous other reviews state that staff mess up customer orders over 50% of the time says something. And it’s not good.

Google said their open. And why do this if you’re actually closed? It’s cause they’re open. Only open stores block drive through. I understand this behavior 5 even 10 min before close but this was 40+before closing.
