But I had to repeat my order several times, which again, fine, it happens. What got me was pulling up to the window and my Blizzard was not flipped upside down. When I mentioned it (politely!), he straight-up said he did flip it… my guy, we were both there. We both know that didn’t happen. Reality was witnessed.
Then there’s the drink. I specifically asked for no ice purely personal preference. The drink is already cold, but hey, ice lovers, live your truth. I watched him fill that cup with so much ice. Not a little. Not an “oops.” A commitment.
And the thing is, they weren’t slammed. I was the only car, maybe one behind me pulling up as I left. I went to Dairy Queen because I didn’t want McDonald’s… but now I’m sitting here like, wow, maybe McDonald’s was the move after all.
No shade, just one of those days where customer service chaos finds you even when you know better. The drive-through gods were simply not on my side today.
The least the manager could do is offer consolation by way of discounting the exorbitant price of a purchase to maintain a customer’s business. Of course, that is unheard of. Customer service is not practiced here, only customer gouging. I will take my pennies to McDonald’s

Our visit to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill was a delightful experience from start to finish. Despite a brief wait for the staff to manage drive-through orders first, once we were served, every aspect of our meal exceeded expectations.
We opted for the $7 meal deals, choosing the burger option. The basic burger included in the deal was a pleasant surprise—subtly delicious, juicy, and satisfyingly fatty in all the right ways. Truly, a flavorful experience.
The standout item was the spicy burger. It offered just the right amount of heat to elevate the flavor profile without overwhelming the palate. This burger was a testament to Dairy Queen’s ability to craft quality food within the fast food genre, providing options that cater to different tastes.
Accompanying our burgers were Dairy Queen’s underrated fries—perfectly salted and crispy, they were an excellent complement to the main dishes.
For dessert, we indulged in Oreo Blizzards, which were made with real Oreos. This attention to detail was evident in every bite—crunchy Oreo pieces mixed into creamy ice cream, creating a blend of textures and flavors that was simply perfection.
In terms of value, both the cheaper options and pricier items were well worth the cost. The $7 meal deals offered substantial portions and great taste, making Dairy Queen Grill & Chill a standout among fast food joints.
It’s clear why Dairy Queen remains a favorite for many—it combines affordability with quality, making it a go-to choice for a satisfying meal or sweet treat.
This Dairy Queen Grill & Chill has reaffirmed why it’s one of my favorite fast food spots. From the delicious burgers and fries to the exceptional Oreo Blizzards, every item we tried was a testament to Dairy Queen’s commitment to delivering great taste and value. If you’re in the mood for quality fast food, this place is a must-visit.

Used to love dairy queen but they are getting more and more expensive while the portions get smaller and smaller.
When we asked for napkins to clean the mess she only gave us 2, then when we asked for more she only rolled her eyes and reluctantly gave us more. They truly do not value customer-friendly rules.
The sandwich was hot. Typically, this would be a good thing. Unfortunately, the bun was microwaved so hot that it wilted all of the lettuce. The chicken patty was crispy but very thin. I will stick to Blizzards from now on.
Also, Dairy Queen will charge you 8 cents for a bag.
