honestly just skip this location, the chances of you getting the correct item, or charged correctly are slim to none. 90% of the employees don’t speak english and won’t take your order correctly. i ordered 1 heath cup, it took them THREE separate tries and ended up overcharging me too. the employee will sigh and roll their eyes at you and refuse to fix their mistakes. i had to argue with them to charge me correctly after it all.

Great DQ frozen treats and decent fast food but this might be the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to.
The drive thru is particularly egregious where I have found myself waiting at the comm for several minutes with no one responding.
But the food is good and the kitchen looks fairly clean, just don’t go here if you are in a hurry

Probably one of our worst fast food experiences we have had in years. While I’m sure the worker was trying their best, the transaction was difficult to complete due to the language barrier and lack of knowledge about menu items. We only ordered a blizzard and a swirl cone. The order was messed up and we got charged for two blizzards initially. I can’t imagine how difficult it would have been to order food or multiple more items. The blizzard itself was very melted and more milkshake like and one of the mix in items just didn’t taste right. We will not be coming back

I visited twice this week, and both times when I arrived at the drive-thru, I wasn’t sure when to speak because employees were loudly talking and laughing over the microphone in a language I didn’t understand, with loud music playing in the background. When I finally received my order, my ice cream was almost melted, and my fries were fresh but bitter, as if the oil hadn’t been changed in a long time. This is an experience I have not had at other locations.

Don’t usually stop by here anymore, but I did the other night through the drive through. Ordered a 6p basket at the speaker and pulled up to the window. The lady working the window didn’t greet me or anything. Legit just said, ‘What do you want’ in a pretty rude manner, as if I hadn’t just order not even a minute ago.

Had not been in over a year since the last experience was not great. They have not improved. Ordered chicken strips. The gravy was super hot, which was great. It helped to almost warm the very very cold strips and fries. (after 2 bites I gave up and tossed it). Serving hot food is not that hard. Twice tried, and twice colder than the soupy blizzards they often serve.

Just made an order, they didn’t tell me that it was ready. Order was wrong when I got it. Girl touches the food with her bare hands when she takes it back to have them fix it. Decided to just have them refund my order because I don’t trust that they’d be making me a fresh burger. Wasted almost $8 on a drink….. Highly suggest having second thoughts about getting food from here. Utterly disgusted. All because I probably didn’t tip.

This location is the worst!! Never coming to this DQ again! Last few times there has been an issue.Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a blizzard with Reeses and Butterfinger and a small chocolate sundae. Get up to window and the woman is grilling me telling me I ordered Snickers. Never ordered that. Then goes and hands me my “chocolate sundae” which was just a small cup of chocolate ice cream. I said oh I ordered a small chocolate sundae so it should be vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce?? She looked at me like I was crazy and said yes chocolate sundae! I said this is not that!! She gave me more attitude and said well I can put sauce on it if you want?? I just drove off. Waste of time and money. Learn your menu!!!

Ordered my son’s birthday cake the day before and they said it would be ready to pick up at the time i soecified and it wasn’t. I had to wait and then they screwed up the writing. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone as far as service goes.

Had a situation with a purchase where only one coupon could be applied per order that I didn’t realize until after I placed an order. After placing the order, I realized that only one coupon (the lower value one) was applied. I brought it up and wasn’t really expecting anything to be done really, although the girl at the counter should have let me know only one could be applied. To my surprise, the manager (could be the owner also) showed up, reversed my transaction, placed 2 different orders, applied both coupons one per order and solved it seamlessly (and did it so fast). This is my first time ever to a DQ, and it left such a positive experience. Not so much about $$$, but ability to handle situations.
