In resent months they have been closing the lobby several hours early with no written explanation on the door, or any other kind of notice. The food is hit or miss on whether it is good or swimming in grease. The soft serve is always good though.

As a former DQ employee and shift manager that was a glorified assistant without the pay, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We arrived to DQ around 5:05. There were 5 cars in front of us including my sister in law who eventually left. After about 6 minutes my sister in law got tired of waiting since no one was moving and kids weren’t hungry enough in her car. At 5:27 I had finally paid for my food. One number 7 no mods. Two kids cheese burger meals. One ketchup only and one with ketchup, lettuce, and tomatoes. When ordering the food, I ordered off the menu kids hamburger plus cheese. I got attitude from the employee because a kids cheeseburger is on the menu. I told them I was just reading off the menu. Not sure why that’s a huge deal. No need for attitude. After paying, the employees disappeared. No mention of how long the wait will be or what we’re waiting on. Honestly looked like a shift change. After waiting 13 minutes at the window, I expected hot food. No. What I received was a wrong order. French fries instead of a banana, lettuce on the ketchup only order, and to add insult to injury, our food was cold. Fries were cold, tasted like they had been sitting out longer than the allotted time after being cooked. What is it 14 minutes? That’s what it tasted like. My burger was also cold. My nephew wouldn’t even touch his burger. At that point, I couldn’t even go back, we are roadtripping and wanted to get to our hotel before it got even later.

I have looked up the hours gone by to order and it is always closed online says open to 9, today closed at 8:25 It would be nice if hours were correct! I have been there and there is food being taken out to friends I assume after close! It is just frustrating!

The lady in the drive through was super nice but like numerous times before the fries were room temp and burgers barely warmer. I really wish this place would improve

Arrived at 7:10pm to a closed lobby when it says on the door that the lobby closes at 8pm, and there wasn’t a notice saying “hay we’re shorthanded our lobby closes an hour early” like there has been in the past, and yet the lobby was closed an hour earlier then what the lobby hours state and no indication of a shorthanded staff, and I was looking forward to getting myself an ice cream cake for my birthday today what a disappointing DQ stop.

Was very disappointed. Says the hours are till 9:30pm. Arrived at 9 and was told employees sitting in their cars that they are closed. But all the open signs were still on. Being on a multi day motorcycle ride and this is the second day in a roll that we haven’t been able to eat at a Dairy Queen.

The 6 piece chicken has very small pieces, hardly any fries and we asked for 3 ranch only got one. Paid for extra butterfinger in our Blizzard. There was hardly any butterfinger when we asked the server about it she was so rude to my husband we will never go back to this location.
