Never have I ever had such BAD food at Dairy Queen. The fries tasted like they were heated up in the microwave, the chicken tasted like it was from last week, the toast wasn’t even toast…it was buttered bread. And the gravy was watered down!! 4 meals, $30+ in the garbage. What a sad day 🙁

Stopped in on our way through on Saturday 7/6. Unbelievably terrible service. My son went in first and ordered. He waited 43 minutes for a burger and fries. We went ahead and ordered, which I’m sorry we did. The people ahead of me had waited 36 minutes for 2 blizzards. The staff have no concern for moving beyond a snails pace and I’m afraid the cook can’t read. Food sat under the lights for over half hour. Fries were cold and the girl working the counter couldn’t handle getting food bagged and out the door. She said they were behind because someone ordered 16 Sunday’s. Okay, but how long does it take to make 1 Sunday—not long! I took a picture of the screen with orders and how long their wait times were. Ours was 34 minutes and we still hadn’t gotten the food. The 2 drive through orders were on 22 and 20 minute times. People were walking out without their food, tired of waiting and some people were asking for refunds. Sad to see such potential for a business going down the drain. We own a convenience store, so I’m well aware of what it takes to provide good and fast customer service. I hope the owners get a clue.

We we’re just there a few minutes ago on this Father’s Day. It took a long time to get the food, but they we’re way understaffed. The shorter gal with dark hair, Korie I think, was so busy but trying hard to be pleasant and serve so many people. Shout out to her for doing her best. She made me a delicious chocolate/ cherry blizzard that wasn’t on the menu. The food was good too.

Girl behind the counter was great and super efficient however alone she was handling the drive through, the counter, and making the desserts! There was a little wait as a result. The hamburgers, fries and dessert were good. The chicken tenders were very small and I would not recommend them.

Great we order 4 medium sundaes and we wanted the 2 for 4 deal which was only for smalls and we told them at the window but it was to late they gave us the sundaes anyways and charged us for smalls. They didnt have to do that and we appreciate it. Thanks DQ. I’m never disappointed.

WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Ordered a simple $14 order, then proceeded to wait over 40 minutes in the drive thru. When someone finally came to the window, they said “they honesty didn’t know when my food would be ready.” They refunded my money and we left. Wasted almost an hour and got no food. MIND BLOWN. This may have ruined Dairy Queen for me forever.

The food was great and the lady that took my order was awesome! She was upbeat and very outgoing and it was a nice change from the usual “grumpy mumblers” that are so common everywhere nowadays. Plus she recommended a couple of bands I might like based on my Rob Zombie jacket.

Ordered my daugher in laws Bridal shower cake 5 days in advance, a Friday, called on Sunday to change writing on the cake but was told it was already done. No problem! Went to pick it up on Tuesday and no cake! I was inappropriately angry and apologized for that. Was told there was nothing they could do. Went to Safeway and they got me a great cake.
