Ive worked in customer service before, so I get it when its either the end of your shift or youre just annoyed at the person who youre working with or the customer before you, but ive never lied about not having a product.
Me and the gal went to get some ice cream and over priced grub, but the person behind the counter said the ice cream machine was broken. I was really disappointed, since this was a big reason why us poor folks went out to get food, but i know its not the fault of the staff.
So anyway, we pull up and they don’t give me the correct change so I wait to say something when the person comes back, but they realize their mistake before we say anything so I was fine! But imagine my heartbreak and confusion when I see not even 30 seconds ago on the receipt that the person infront of us ordered ice cream, and their order was accepted. Weird…..especially since I can see the exact time so I know it was literally 30 seconds before us. We’ll, ive never worked at a dairy queen before so I cant pass on judgment, I dont know how hard the shifts can be so whatever, i let it go.
But imagine my suprise when my girlfriends rootbeer was HALF full….like bruh. I was already sad that they lied about the ice cream, and you short us soda that is over charged??? Lowkenuinly crazy. Next time i go here, if i go here again, I’ll have to be a karen and check my own order

I genuinely don’t understand how this Dairy Queen is still operating. The way it’s run is completely unacceptable. Every single time I’ve gone here, the food has been cold and clearly not fresh. You expect hot, made-to-order food when you’re paying for it — not something that tastes like it’s been sitting out for who knows how long.

It’s beyond disappointing at this point. Cold fries, lukewarm burgers, and food that feels old is not okay. There’s no consistency, no quality control, and it doesn’t seem like anyone cares. Fast food should at least be hot and fresh — that’s the bare minimum.

Management seriously needs to step in and fix what’s going on here, because the way this place is being run is driving customers away. Until something changes, I won’t be coming back.

Undeserving of a star. You would think that with a weekend long tournament bringing in a lot of business the employees would show customer service. We waited in line for 30 minutes just to finally get to the front of the line and the guy abruptly takes a phone call on his cell phone. No one else comes to take our order. Another gal is with him as he talks on the phone and then FaceTimes the person he is talking with. No one addresses us or ask us to wait, apologize or anything. After giving them 5 minutes with still no acknowledgment we left. Absolutely ridiculous!

I told my husband I wanted a Oreo Blizzard cake for my birthday and he ordered it like a week ago and we went to go pick it up and they told us they don’t have anything but regular cakes. I’m so furious with Dairy Queen as this was the cake I look forward to every year.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. BLOOD on the infant changing table in the women’s restroom. Disgusting highchair, good thing I had my own Clorox wipes to wipe it off. Waited in line for 10 minutes to order with staff just walking past. Also our buns on our burgers were soggy and soaked in grease.

I tend to come to this DQ a lot at night,The food was good, the restaurant still the same as always but the new guy it look like they recently hired in the service area in the drive thru is amazing like honestly compared to my other experience the service is great but recently I’ve having a blast going and ordering because of him, he’s funny and relax like he isn’t pressuring me out of the drive thru or just going along with day but shows everyone the same respect he probably shows his friends but overall he’s literally the best customer service work I enjoyed seeing when I go.(only reason I’m living this review is best of him)

Whoever is the general manager of this establishment needs to wake the hell up and learn ANYTHING. Disrespectful staff and cleanliness is horrible. Tried to go through the drive thru prompt said “we are closed”… this was at 6pm on a Saturday. Staff proceeded to say “uh ok” and move on with their day. DQ should close this franchisees restaurant.

Staff is slow as all could be. Takes 20 minutes if not longer to get someone to answer from the drive up menu. And the service is terrible… Used to be way better and has majorly gone downhill in the last year or 2, disappointing… wish I could give a 0 as the review rating.

Everytime I go to this DQ, the drive thru says they’re closed. Website says they’re open, lights are on and EVERYONE HOME but they will stay silent until you drive away! Absolute insanity. Who does this?? You applied for the job just do it, it’s DQ how hard can it be!

Just bought a Large Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard at 6:20 pm. Got halfway through and it was just plain “ice cream” none of the ingredients. They literally didn’t mix it. I should’ve known when less than an inch in the ingredients started to dwindle in quantity.
