I like to go to DQ because I normally get the chicken salad, which is very tasty and fresh. The person that I go with likes the blizzard and a cone, which are both pretty good too. The place looks clean and at lunch time, when I normally go, is packed. At the time everything looks take care off, everybody is working hard and busy. I also notice that all the lids and straws are well filled and the counter is clean. Have to say also that the bathrooms are clean too! So thank you for that to the management! Great job! I just have a comment and complain, is the second time that we go there and (the first time was a young man) he threw the ketchup to my daughter and hit her body after fell down the floor, this is how hard he threw it. Yesterday, an adult man named Brian (cashier) threw to me the number order. It didn’t hit me or touched me but that was so rude of him it was busy but nobody was behind us or waiting for him at that moment. There was not reason for the rush. I got very upset but I didn’t want to make a scene at that busy time. So, please talk to your employees about it. We have enough rudeness in the word. Thank you!

Slightly sketchy feeling of a location, but overall a great stop for bathroom traveling, some HOT fries and kind customer service. Employees were sweet and they were all laughing and being playful, but didn’t let it interrupt their work. Sounds like they all enjoy their job and are being taken care of. I love seeing this at establishments.

Very Friendly Staff and A wonderful Cashier named Becca who is very accommodating and kind. Fast and Fresh food tasty food that’s good for any family outing. Definitely recommend trying the Fruity Dipped cone as it tastes like fruity pebbles! Otherwise a very pleasant experience even with the lack of staff. Be sure to apperciate the staff members as they work very hard!

!Years ago, when we went through town, we visited here, and they told us that they did not have chocolate dipped cones.
I’m sure that it was the employees first day working alone or something.
But that has always stayed with us as a funny trip experience.
So now, whenever we are going through that part of the state, we always stop at this particular dairy queen and we order chocolate dip.Cones.

Extremely disappointed. They act like the locals don’t have any other options. I stood at the counter long enough I almost walked out. Now I wish I would’ve. The kid that finally came to the register walked up and just looked at me. No greeting, no “can I take your order?” Nothing!! So after realizing/guessing he was ready, I went ahead and ordered the 3 pce chicken strip meal deal with a make it later hot fudge sundae. It was served very quickly. They must’ve had it ready to go prior to me ordering. The chicken was good. The gravy was a little warm, but very thick. It was fine though. The fries were cold and soggy. But then again, DQ isn’t known for having good fries. So after finishing my meal, I returned to the counter to get my Hot Fudge Sundae. Somebody different helped me. When I said I was back for my hot fudge sundae and showed him the receipt, he said “oh, I already made that” He went to the station behind the counter and sitting there was my sundae.
So as you can guess, the fudge wasn’t hot and the ice cream was melted. What was the point of getting it as a “Make It Later”??? Uh, thanks? Worst sundae I’ve ever had!!!

I almost never leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I had to. I work at another Dairy Queen, and this was by far the worst visit I’ve ever had. I didn’t receive my cheese curds, and my sandwich was missing both the cheese and tomato. The fries were ice cold, and there was no ketchup included. Sadly, the chicken was also cold and so dry that even my dog wouldn’t eat it. I tried to return to get it fixed, but they had already closed early and were turning people away, including those behind me.

Food was good but it is a shame employees are allowed to wear offensive political tee shirts instead of uniform shirts. As we dined in the flies where a constant nuisance and as other diners finished and left no one wiped off the tables. We love dairy queen but next time in burns we will find someplace else to eat.
