I just waited in line for 25 minutes at this location. So much for fast food. I ordered the 4 piece flamethrower, which I’ve had once at the south DQ, and it was really good. This time, from this location, however, it is awful. The chicken is plain, not spicy, cold, and chewy. The fries are cold and dry. And, the ranch dip is room temp and tastes like mayo. This was a complete waste of my 30 minute lunch break and $7. If you want DQ, drive south to the other location!!!!

People were nice but the food was not first I didn’t get my complete order went back to get the right order and everything was just thrown in there no cardboard box for the barbecue tenders nothing to separate them from everything .

Place looked ran down, dirty. The guy taking my order gave me the wrong items but than again they do repeat it but also they say it so fast like yup that’s it. Guy was rude when I told him he gave me wrong item he replied with I repeated your order. Sir customers pay ur check so be nice. And I was nice because well they make my food lol. But the place could be cleaner and fixed up.

When I arrived at the location there were people already ordered that looked like they had been waiting for an extended amount of time. It was not tell a group behind me showed up did ANY of the staff acknowledge me or any one in the lobby. I placed a simple order, no extra this or no that. The person that took my order seemed like he did not want to be present or even take an order. I was given my receipt and an empty cup. The drink station was all right even though some of the selections were empty/not filled. I then sat down in plain sight. And started a timer.
That’s when it all went down hill. Order placed at 12:17. It was not in tell 16 mins later and my order sitting for about 2 to 3 min did I receive it at 12:33. The staff claim they just called my order. Which they did but I don’t know what number I was, never told. So when I said something about that the staff told me rudely that my order was “just” called. I said that’s not true, as I had a timer going and knew. At no point did the worker attempt any “normal” customer service and did the I am sorry routine. Just rudeness. At this point I knew my food would be warm at best. 13 minutes later I got the sandwich and got a temp of 110. Now this is WELL below the “safe” zone for food. So now the question is did I receive the food already out of the “safe” zone? Or did it fall below in the 13min it was in the box in the bag? With how it felt to the touch I would say before I even got it.
Bottom line the POOREST service I had ever received. I have gotten better service from a self checkout kiosk than a real person. Where are your standards DQ? Are you trying to pile drive yourself into the ground? If so keep it up. You will be lucky to see me back.

I normally don’t add reviews to anything but this was pretty bad.
I went through the drive through and one of the workers tried to give me my blizzard then said good night but didn’t realize I had food. Then it happened again with another employee gave me my second blizzard without food thinking that was all I ordered. The second blizzard was overflowing with ice cream.They gave me no lids for my blizzards. By the time I got my food my blizzards were melting and I was driving home and they were spilling all over my car

Not coming back to here that is for sure. We ordered two orders of chicken and they gave us one tiny half filled ranch cup. When I asked for 2 more they said they were fifty cents each. the one we had wasn’t even full.bathrooms shut down too…ugh. not the way to win customers.

Staff was nice but I had to wait for my chicken to come out fresh which is just fine fresh food is great however the fries come out ice cold. So I waited for cold food I couldn’t eat. Chicken is good though.

The flowers they have outside are so beautiful. Bees all over them and it just made me happy to see somewhere with all those big flower bushes. It makes a bigger difference than you’d think! 🙂 But… the customer service this time was very sad. We went in and ordered just a vanilla ice cream and literally stood there for a good 15 minutes waiting for our order. I got their attention and asked how it was going with the order and the reply was that they thought it was a “make later” order so they never started… I was literally standing there waiting in a visible spot. I’m not sure what made them think that I wanted it later but it was definitely a “Should have had a V-8” moment for them.

We stopped here for a quick bite. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say. The fries were very soggy and almost cold, the burger was ok and the fried choke strip sandwich was swimming in mayo. To top it off, the women’s bathroom was disgusting. The toilets had dark rings in the toilet bowl, there were bits of paper towels on the floor and even a big false fingernail! As I went ba k t to our table I looked at the front service are and the floor was dirty as well. They definitely need to clean up their act.

I ordered a cheese deluxe combo with no pickles. The drink had no ice and was the wrong flavor. The fries were stale and the burger patties were still cold. Workers were more worried about talking about what flips they could do instead of getting my order right. Will not ever be going back to this place. I would highly recommend not eating there if you value quality and have any standards. There are many better places in the area that have better food, have ice for the drinks and actually give you value for your money. One of the top 5 worst places to eat in Grants Pass
