I did an online order. When I got there about 5 minutes early I saw our blizzards sitting in the cold box and already looked like they had been there a few minutes. They sat there while waiting on my order for probably 6 more minutes. They had whip cream that was melting along with the ice-cream and they said they couldn’t flip because of the whip cream but really the whole thing would have dumped out. The pictures I put are taken about a minute after getting them. I wanted to ask for fresh ones but the girl at the counter had already been rude to other customers like they were a burden to help. I think she should have at least asked if I wanted new ones as it was clear they were very melted. This isn’t the first time customer service was horrible but this is the first review from me because it would be nice to be treated well even when busy.

I had a nice experience at this beautiful newly constructed Dairy Queen right off of I-5. Staff were very pleasant, helpful, and the food was accurate and hot. The layout inside is very modern with several fun details and fancy lighting. The outdoor dining is covered which is a nice detail, with some beautiful mountains in the background to look at while enjoying my DQ treat.

Everytime we have come to eat here it is a mess. Food takes forever the staff is yelling at each other. We just went and got some burgers. Both of them were wrong, like completely different burgers. And we didn’t notice until we got home. Check all your food before you leave when you eat here!

This was the first time in about a year that we have been to the Ashland Oregon Dairy Queen.
I was trying to surprise my 3 children with a special sweet treat after school conferences for getting all straight A’s! We ordered 3 chocolate dipped vanilla cones – the second one came out with the top of the cone completely cracked making the ice-cream nearly slide off, and the 3rd cone came out looking obviously Much smaller and a Very weird shape. When I asked the older man working why the cones looked the way they did. He looked at me like a deer in headlights and was short with me..stating that they all look fine… I’m Not confrontational, so we just drove away unsatisfied… A family friend owns the DQ in medford and would never have provided such cruddy service, like the ashland one did. Had there not been such a big line of other vehicles behind us, I would have asked for better cones.
Oh yes, I also forgot to mention the small vanilla hot fudge sundae with marshmallow, was missing the hot fudge..

Nice new DQ. Fries and chicken strips were great. Clean bathrooms. And free ice cream cone day! We were in luck! Great stop off the I5.

Says they’re open till 10:00 p.m. but this location regularly and randomly closes earlier. How about you just set your hours to 8 or 9:00 rather than acting like you’re always open till 10:00. If you can’t staff it enough to stay open for your published hours on multiple occasions it’s time to accept that and address your hours entirely. Drove here then driving someplace else so may not make it back unless it’s daytime hours. 3rd time.

First of all, I got there at 858, and they would not serve me through the drive through.When there was a car in front of me that they were serving , the worker lied and said that it was 904 by their clock. Also, your guys’ times on Google or wrong?And you should probably think about changing them.So you don’t have disappointed customers every day.
