I ordered a royal ultimate chocolate brownie, I got charged for that and they even confirmed my order before they made it. I get home to eat it, and its just a regular ultimate chocolate brownie which is super dissapointing. This isn’t the first time its happened to me and I cant really check especially going through the drive through. Its my favorite ice cream and im honestly dissapointed its getting made wrong yet I still get charged for the more expensive ice cream.

My family and I went Friday 2/20/2026 and it was probably the worst experience customer service wise we have ever had in our life. The staff especially the manager was hateful disrespectful and demeaning. All because an order took a little longer than they wanted (total of four minutes) because they kept interrupting the order (like literally every 5 seconds) to ask if we “know what you want yet” or “is that it”. What could have been a simple discussion after the order when I asked to speak to management turned into an interruption fest of its a “SIR its a fast food place” on repeat with heavy emphasis on sir (im a hermaphrodite born with both genitals transitioning to full female so I have some male characteristics like facial hair that grows stupidly fast and a voice thats way deeper than id like) and then eventually she and her staff transitioned to calling me it. I didnt comment on either of these occurrences I just ignored it and tried to focus on the point ,the drive through, made no progress so I left, and had my partner return the food. She didnt even say anything other than id like a refund and she was met with the same treatment the second they found out she was the same car as me. Them asking oh your with IT. How can you stand IT. etc you get the point. I dont care your political views or thoughts on transition etc. Human decency is human decency. And there’s a right and wrong way to treat people and the staff, especially management fell way short of that mark.
*in response to owners reply…if there is a way to do that so I can communicate with you without having to interact with those staff members or go to that location in anyway I would be willing to. But I am not comfortable being around them in any way shape or form at present…I don’t know if Google shows you my email on reviews if so your more than welcome to reach out there I guess.

he asked for my order then after I responded he went silent for two minutes then asked if I needed help?? I said no & repeated my order, to which he responds with “the 3 piece ends at 4pm.” *silence* .. okay so then can I get a 4 piece? “yes.” *silence* okay so i’ll repeat my entire order with saying 4 piece instead of 3 piece.. *silence* don’t they usually ask what i’ll have for a sauce & drink or anything other than silence? I pay and they tell me to “pull up to the fence” which is 4 feet in-front of the window, blocking all the cars behind me while they have reserved parking to the right (I didn’t know about until after pulling too far forward). overall just trying to annoy me then I get home to see this.. a child’s handful amount of fries. and the toast wasn’t buttered! waste of money for $13

The website says they’re open til 10:30 on a Saturday night. Apparently that’s not true. I got there at 10 and the sign was still on, but was told they were closed when I went through the drive thru. I finally had to pull around because no one ever responded. When I pulled up to the window they turned off the lights.

I dont care for an apology from corporate or an explanation but the customer service at this location is sub par. 5 employees in the back, all talking with one another while i just waited there. An employee even walked by us, made no eye contact, didnt greet or say be right with you. There was no orders on the screen either. So we will not be back to this location ever again because this wasnt the first time this has happened. Do better DQ.

What a HORRIBLE Experience! The nasty Drive Through They/Them person with tattoos all over was so rude, practically threw our food at us and we did nothing!!!!??? And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the food was cold and the burger smelled like poop? I am sorry I wasted my money here and will tell this whole valley not to go here anymore, thanks for nothing!!!

I brought in a person with a disability who struggles with social engagements. The staff at the register was very patient and kind. We don’t always experience that in my field. Thank you

Tried to get an ice cream for my pregnant wife on my way home from work. Says they close at 10:30 but the lights were off and nobody answered the drivethru at 10:20. Hope the owner is okay with paying employees that close early.

Lettuce wilted in the burger. The burger looked like it had been cooked an hour before I bought it. I threw the fries away. Totally not worth almost $8 dollars for a kids meal.

Spent the weekend in Oregon playing softball. After a very long hot day I decided to take my kids and mom out for a treat. We ordered $20 in ice cream. When it was delivered to our table my mom’s medium hot fudge Sunday was lacking hot fudge. She went to the counter and was told there is nothing they could do. My mom’s medium hot said she would be willing to just take a little in the side but the MANAGER AUSTIN refused. I thought DQ was all about creating an experience and a smile. My mom’s medium hot has her leaving pissed her treat was nothing like it should if been. Hey, store manager I think you should send AUSTIN out for some situational leadership and customer service he wouldn’t even come show his face. He told the counter we can call Monday from 11-4 to complain.
You can do better DQ…. It was one pump of fudge.
