This is my second time going to this location for blizzards and unfortunately they have, both times, already been melting before they’re out the window. This is a mini brownie blizzard with a bite taken out and you can see it’s the wrong consistency—this is less than a minute after receiving the blizzard and it’s night time and not hot, so the heat isn’t melting it. Both times I went here the blizzards weren’t flipped, either. I don’t like being a difficult customer so I didn’t say anything in person, but your signature dessert shouldn’t be soupy and poorly made. Consistency is what makes blizzards different from other competitors ice creams, so this is disappointing.

The food is great especially for a fast food place, but it just starts to become annoying when they are always forgetting something from the order. I get being busy and even having new staff but this happens every time.

I love this Dairy Queen. I grew up eating at this one in specific but now I’m really disappointed. Not only did we not receive fries we paid for but I also found hair in my water. I’m beyond upset with this establishment and the people who work there.

I want to be respectful, at the same time I have to be honest. I waited over 20 minutes for the most drinkable blizzard I’ve ever had in my life. Seemed like it was made the moment I sat down and was left to melt for 20 minutes. May as well have given me a straw and called it a milkshake.

Seems to be the only dairy queen that charges 17$ for a basket of fries. Other locations don’t do this. Employees are always incredibly rude too.

During drive-through to this specific Dairy Queen; I ordered ice cream (for my son )and hamburger. I paid with cash. It is the same gentleman with the same hands handled the cash without washing his hands handled ice cream. He also touched the cone. That Ice cream was already melted and dripping all over my car before I got my hamburger. I could not allow my food to be eaten if it’s been touched by contaminated hands. it is quite a bit gross. I called to complain to the manager & response I received; “This is what we do. This is how we handle our food.”
