The parking lot is very, very hard to get out of the drive thru. You basically can only turn right, then you’ve got to be careful, because almost all of the time when you turn, your car goes into the other lane and you’ve got to pull out far enough to see traffic on the left on the other side of the building. Be careful. The food has gotten so expensive, you could go to a restaurant and get something better and for about the same price, however the other place probably isn’t a fast food restaurant. I stopped going there after they got rid of the chocolate ice cream because they didn’t have enough room for it. The service is hit and miss as you’ve got mostly teenagers working there in high school. Typically the inside is pretty clean, but it’s really hard to get into the tiny bathroom. There’s a handicapped parking spot, but the door is definitely not handicapped friendly.

I went through for lunch. Food was cold. Got the two for 6. Chicken strips with gravy and fries. The strips were warm. But cold fries and cold gravy. The Latino girl at the window was not friendly at all. Shut the window before I could ask for some salt and pepper. Due to me using Apple Pay she rolled her eyes at me. I’m sorry.

Good food, fast service. The app accidentally made an in store pickup order once and they let me pick up through drivethrough still. Only complaint is the drive through ends right at the intersection and turning left onto the road is near impossible most times of day, so you gotta turn right and loop the block. But worth it for good cheap food.

Came through drive thru today. I was taken off guard and very uncomfortable when I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. No and double no. There was a tip jar sitting out. If I wanted to leave a tip I would have put it in there. My first thought after saying no was , oh my gosh are they going to spit in my food now?
I immediately called when I got home to verify with manager on duty that this was a new policy that was being implemented. Your shift manager told me yes they are prompted to ask.
Then I called Santa Clara DQ where shift manager assured me they don’t put their customers in an awkward position.
I won’t be back to your location, as long as you are enforcing this prompt. 🙁

If I could give it ZERO STARS, I would because they LIED TO ME. Saturday 6/7/25 9pm. Went for a cookie dough blizzard, and they gave me milk with cookie chunks. They didn’t turn it upside down, and we know why…. went in, and then they said they don’t flip them over anymore…
LIED right to our face because Dairy Queen everywhere else does. They then said they could put it in the freezer or something, but nothing was staying frozen.. the blizzard machine wasn’t working… soooo my question is.. why are you still selling them. Ridiculous service, and I don’t appreciate being lied to. Have some integrity, or is integrity the only thing illegal in Oregon. Smh

The service was quick but so quick that are order was made incomplete.
Once we got our food, we were missing a meal. When it was explained We were put off like it didn’t matter. No comp no apologies.
Just a cold shoulder and an additional $12 dinner items that we waited for while 3 of 4 of our food and ice cream sat.
