Everyone there is always great, good attitudes, smiles on their faces. That being said, the last 2 times we have went there, our orders have been messed up. Missing items, having to return to the restaurant to get what was missing. We also ordered a side salad and what we received was ridiculous! I realize the whole world is short handed right now but all that is needed is some extra training and a shift leader that truly cares about great service and can insure that people are getting what they ordered and that the food that is going out the window, is good quality!

First time at this location (reviews kept us away) but we wanted to try the new shake. We ordered three cheese burgers, three fries, and three shakes. They were quick, order was accurate, food, hot, shake, perfect! Everything great! So glad we gave them a try! Hope they are just as good next time.

Gal that attended to me was rude. Order was incorrect. I didn’t even bother wanting to deal with staff like that again so I didn’t return my order. Will not return due poor customer service and wrong order, which seems to be a regular thing here. Sad one nasty employee can ruin it for the rest.

got my 1 item order completely wrong to the point of it being inedible (to me, picky eater). i requested a plain chicken sandwich with flamethrower sauce, not only was it not plain (soaked with mayo, had lettuce and tomato), but i was charged for the extra sauce and it was not there! terrible, would not waste money here. would recommend just going to The Point or A&W.

I do love this place but I think they need to either clean their ice cream machine or get new cooler machines or check expirations? I got an ice cream today and I’ve never been more sure it was sour. Every place should taste test their stuff so they know. But otherwise they’ve never disappointed! 🙂
