It’s hard for me to admit, but Dairy Queen is becoming slightly underrated. What I love about it is that it’s always empty.. Like seriously empty. The ‘food’ is fine..but it’s atmosphere is like the most abandoned diner imaginable. It really is the perfect place to go on a depressing Friday night. I highly recommend.

… Chicken barely warm. I asked for fresh fries. All they did was dump the fries I had and replaced with the same batch of fries my fries already came from. Very upsetting. Clearly if my fries were cold these fries would also be cold and they were. Really ridiculous when you complain about cold fries and they don’t give you fresh fries. Like I’m standing right here. You and I both know these aren’t fresh. Horrible service.

I was there with an employee after a hard day of work. We had the most amazing banana split ever. Their ice cream cones are out of this world , their sundaes are extraordinary , literally their food as hamburgers , etc , are worth to come back for more.

What a poor excuse for service. Ordered a cake for our daughter’s birthday and we show up to pick it up and it’s not the correct design. The person checking us out makes excuses about how they receive the request online and then rings it up. We ask for the manager and apparently the person checking us out is the owner. Ridiculously poor service. Then when we’re eating the cake and the chocolate cookie portion is only in the very middle, not even close to the edge! I would give no stars if I could.

I’m not sure why I paid almost $9.00 for a medium cookie dough blizzard for their not to be any candy. I paid .75cents for 3 scoops of extra brownie and to only find a couple pieces in the blizzard. Please employees at Dari queen if a customer pays for extra then give them extra and let it show.

Staff were friendly but this dq only does $7 deals 11am-4pm. The food was good but just really over priced. $13.09 for 4 chicken strips, some fries, 1 slice of bread and a small blizzard.

The folks are so awesome here! I ordered a bday cake for my son’s day and went to pickup the cake and didn’t realize I added a pick-up date for my bday a week after or so. I was surprised how they worked around and then did my son’s bday cake in 2 hrs as expected! You guys made my son’s day! He would have been so upset if I didn’t bring cake for him. Not that I would miss any opportunity to teach him about life!

Came in 50 minutes before closing and the lobby was already closed on a Friday night. The drive thru line was out on the street. Maybe if you opened your lobby and didn’t close almost an hour before your closing hours you wouldn’t have such a bad drive thru line. Just a thought that might help.
