If I could give this location a negative rating I would. This has been multiple times that the employees have been disrespectful, liars and have shown a careless attitude towards customers. They feel entitled and act as though their job of fixing their mistake is somehow a burden and wasting their time. I ordered pretzels. The cheese was missing so I went inside and asked for cheese. Instead of handing me a cheese, my bag I set on the counter was grabbed aggressively and she went back and placed the cheese and for no reason shoved a stack of napkins crinkled and shoved on my bag. I let this go of course because I understand bad days. A few months go by I order 2 of the cupfections with extra heath and let me tell you when I say my cup was all caramel, it was 1/3 cup full. I asked excuse me I was charged for extra heath and I don’t see any could I get that please, and literally there was absolutely none i could see, she replies there is extra heath it’s at the bottom. I get home and flip my cup into a bowel because who orders a candy ice cream and wants to eat them separately, but there was zero heath. Not even a half a scoop. I was so thrown off because its the why that gets me. Like what is the point of all that. It’s almost so stupid that I have to complain about candy missing but it’s not the candy that I care about. It is such a lack of kindness when having customer service it’s about the attitude and the arrogance. This Dairy Queen needs to take some lessons from the one down the street the one I will be sticking to if I do ever decide on dairy queen again.

I’m horrified by the hair I found in my food! On top of that there was literally a spoonful of fudge on the ice cream … The cashier refused to acknowledge the hair and I find it weird a grown man is working with a bunch of young minors .. terrible customer service.. I know people who worked there, management is severely terrible, these kids aren’t trained at all and don’t know what they are doing sorry.. disgusting! After reading all other reviews this place is seriously not good and I don’t recommend going here. The only positives people have to say is ” they were busy and told us sorry for the wait” wow the bare minimum lol… Who ever runs this and whoever the manager is here needs to be evaluated at their job it’s sicking this person handles food..

Horrible experience ordering a cake at this location. Ordered a cake 2 days in advance and the staff member assured us it would be ready for pick up on the day we needed it. We went to pick up the cake and they had no idea what order we were asking about/picking up. I don’t even think they wrote the order down. Very upsetting we showed up and I didn’t get the custom cake I ordered. We were sent to various DQ locations around town to find an ice cream cake they said they had ready for us. We ended up with a random cake. The cake should have been free for all of this inconvenience. Never ordering from here again…

Went through the drive through in my lunch from work. Decided to pull in and get an icecream. They said there machine wasn’t pour it right. Went back retried and came out with our order. The manager proceeded to tell us that it’s our fault they wasted ice cream just to fulfill our order and slammed the drive through window in our face. Will never go back. I came believe they would treat a customer that way.

Avoid the headache and go elsewhere, worst Dairy Queen in town.
Ordered on mobile app. Got in to get a dipped cone. Told sorry we ran out about a week ago. Can I get my money back I asked. Sorry you will have to come back for that too. I will call the company to get a return. It should have been updated on the app
Update: decided to give another chance. Stopped at the drive through and told them I had a mobile order. They told me to come up to the window. I did and sat there, and sat there and then I saw a worker walk out of the kitchen look at me and head to the dining area. I continued waiting. I then parked my vehicle went inside. A different worker walks out and says sorry I forgot about you. She then took a minute to get my order. Terrible service, terrible dairy queen.

This place does not even deserve 1 star. I ordered some plain cheeseburgers and when I got them, all the toppings were in it and even the cheese was wrong. I returned, and told the lady who goes by LM that I had ordered plain ones and she snapped at me that I had not and closed the window in my face. I asked to speak to the manager and she cracked the window an inch and told me that she was the manager. I asked what her name was and she refused to tell me. She closed the window again. I have never been treated like this at any place that I had went to. It is crazy of who is running this location. After reading other reviews, it seems like an ongoing problem.

Ordered 2 blizzards and 2 meals, one chicken basket and one chicken sandwich, we only got one of the sides and received neither of the drinks despite being charged for them. When my brother arrived to pick up the food they only gave him the blizzards and were rude when he told them they were meant to come with food.

The store was clean and properly staffed. We ordered up two A. 1. Double bacon cheeseburgers with Blizzards. They were both amazing and good.
If you want a big burger you should order the 1/2 pound one.
Reason for 4 stars was the public bathrooms had out of order signs on them.
Stop in and get a Blizzard at least!

Very bad customer service. Went in the lobby at 8 30 mom was ordering food for our kids and Zack which was wiping down tables proceeded to tell me and let me know that their lobby was closing at 9:00 and that if we weren’t able to eat all of our food by 9:00 p.m. and be done by 9:00 p.m. he was going to have to ask us to be removed from the lobby even if we were still eating. So after he said that I told him okay. So you’re going to kick us out if we cannot finish by 9:00 p.m. and I told him that we will eat as quickly as we can remind you. It’s now 11:38 or so my wife’s about to pay and we will eat as soon as as quick as we can and be out by 9:00 p.m. or if not right after 9:00 p.m. and he he continued to get very very mad and yelled over to his cashier to to cancel our whole order as my my wife is about to pay so she picked up our two kids and walked out and then after she walked out she went through the drive-thru and ordered the same food that she had ordered inside and then they sat in the car and ate and still finished before 9:00 p.m. so very bad customer service on Zach’s part. We had no intention of staying in the lobby after 9:00 p.m. But he was pretty pretty adamant about us finishing at 9:00 p.m. and if we don’t finish by 9:00 p.m. He’s going to kick us out
Not to mention the hours are also posted online that they close at 10 pm not 9

Just went, burnt bread, hardly any sauce, fish was so undercooked I threw my food away. Onion rings were also over cooked. At least the coke tasted like coke right? Not going again, didn’t even go back and try and get better food, not worth it.
