Definitely a disappointment tonight. We decided to try the new crunchy onion cheeseburger. The picture looks great! Fried crunchy onions spilling out the sides of the bun! Now look at the picture of mine. Maybe one and a half soggy onion crisps! This was after we sat at the drive thru windows for almost 10 minutes waiting on our food while one of the employees was eating a sundae in the window. Maybe if she was working the food would have come a little quicker. Also the cheese with the pretzels smells like melted plastic!
We will be back for ice-cream but probably not willing to waste my money on this garbage food!

The fries where hot and fresh . The burger was stale and pretty gross in my opinion. . The only thing I think is good is ice cream at dairy queen . This last trip.there was a great reminder of that opinion
. Still stands the same .. but they are rather expensive for everything even ice cream . Which sucks in my opinion. .. the dining room was not very clean.. everything looked kinda greasy and there were crumbs kinda scattered everywhere .. . And there was some black looking sticky grime around the edges of the tables and around on the edges of the drink counter too .. yuck in my opinion..

April 2024: a very unpleasant experience today, compared to previous visits. I was shorted 2 patties on my burger and the lady refused to correct my order. I ordered the exact same thing as on my previous order (basically a full lb flamethrower). The manager, Diana, was also very rude about the whole situation. This location was previously great, but I do not plan to return. I am also lowering my review from 5 stars to 1.
September 2023: It had been a while since I had eaten at Dairy Queen and I am glad I stopped by today. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. They did make a mistake on my order but the lady was very apologetic about it and they were able to fix it quickly.
Unfortunately, the lobby was closed due to being short staffed. Due to that, I can’t really comment on the atmosphere… Of course, that just gives me an excuse to come back, which I am looking forward to!
I ordered a small #8 meal the half lb flamethrower. I requested 3 extra patties (doubling the meat to a full lb of beef), no bacon (it messes with my stomach) and no buns (I am diabetic). For my drink, I asked for an unsweetened tea.
The aforementioned mistake was that they put bacon on my burger, but it was fixed quickly so no harm, no foul. They remade my burger and didn’t just pick the bacon off which I appreciate. The fries were delicious and my burger was cooked perfectly. I don’t know if they have changed their ingredient vender, but the food was WAY better than I remembered.
This is a great meal for my diabetes. It’s about 100g of protein (high protein diets have been shown to help regulate blood sugar in multiple studies) and not having the buns drastically reduces the carbs. My only gripe is that I kind of felt like they skimped on the fries a bit, but being that I’m diabetic that’s probably good for me in the long run.
Would I recommend this location? Yes. Will I be back? Definitely.

I have now been stupid enough to have multiple bad experiences at this location in hopes of getting better service. I recently went and got four blizzards. They were all soup. If I hadn’t been distracted with talking to the other people in the car I would have been more aware of the fact that they didn’t turn them upside down which makes sense because they were completely liquid and spilled all over myself and the driver as soon as they were handed to us. My blizzard was the most melted of the four and had nothing in it. I took it inside and asked for another and instead of giving me the turtle pecan cluster that I ordered which was also specified on the receipt I gave them, they gave me melted vanilla ice cream with about a tablespoon of peanuts in it. I live about 2 minutes away by car and the picture you see is the remnants of the “blizzard” I received after having it for less than five minutes. It was so melted I had to immediately dump it in a bowl. I ended up throwing most of it away after realizing it wasn’t at all what I ordered. I understand ice cream melts but this was ridiculous and a waste. It has become exceedingly obvious that most of the employees who work here do not care whatsoever. I’ve been in multiple times with multiple people and they’ve gotten every order wrong every single time I’ve gone in. I’m extremely disappointed in whoever runs this location because the absolute lack of any sort of leadership or effort is highly evident.
