If I could give this zero stars I would. I did a mobile order when I arrived they said the machine was resetting, which was annoying but fine. Our order was 30 minutes later than expected. Opened them in the car to find one 2/3 full and one about 1/2 full. This is the WORST Dairy Queen experience I have ever had.

AVOID!! I love close by so I know ! So tired of giving this place a shot. I live nearby and in the summertime love to obviously get ice cream. Every time I get a blizzard from here there is absolutely barely any toppings. Just now I ordered 2 medium blizzards. Asked for EXTRA toppings this time. Got it. It looked great. But it was a lie, 7/8ths of my blizzard was all straight vanilla ice cream. This is just robbery at this point !

Great experience,

The young man I interacted with was friendly, kind, and accommodated my request to eat first then get my buzzard at the end so I could enjoy it unmelted as it came as part of my combo.

Portion sizes were a bit small, and price a bit high, but the food was of good quality.

Suggestion – the dinning area was very quiet, I would suggest quietly playing sound/radio.

There is a lot of staff members that take too many days off and leaves other employees suffering and having to come in on their days off which leads to slow service because they are just wiped out. But past all that just come with patience.
The food is great and the people are awesome.
I love the layout of the inside of the dairy Queen
The bathrooms are always very clean and everything is kept clean in the lobby.
Remember this is not a fast food chain it just has a drive-thru for people that have disabilities or inconveniences to convenience you.
If you come across the employee pixzy Tell her she’s doing a great job she’s overwhelmed and overworked! But she will do her best to help you with whatever you need.

This place is always taken so long the services absolutely horrible the people there are just standing around and act like they don’t give a shit about their job I went to go get a banana split and they’re out of bananas and peanuts, the guy tried just handing me the banana split and when I asked for a bag he just put it in there not flat just shoved it in there and hand me the bag with it standing up and it leaked all in the bag. And there’s no pineapple on it either. I thought I’d give them another try after a year but it’s no better!!

This has to be one of the worst DQ’s. It’s a franchise and it shows. They are ALWAYS understaffed. Plan on waiting at least 5mins to even give someone your order for dine-in. Drive-thru: they take your order, then plan to turn off your car. You’ll be waiting 10min for anything cooked.

Bonus today: after waiting 10mins to give my order and another 10min to get my order, they’re “out of cup lids”.

This franchise is awful. You can feel it with the teens who work here that the culture is less than awesome.

I order online at 8:07 pm for 8:45 pm pick up. The website had no problem taking my money. When I arrived for pick up, they inform me that the kitchen is already closed and they can’t fill the order. I ordered almost an hour before they closed. Why did it take my money if it can’t fill the order?? I could not get an immediate refund when I asked. What a waste of time and waste of $15. They should understand that if a customer shows up on NYE, they’ve already had the shittiest day possible, otherwise they wouldn’t have sunken low enough to come to Diary Queen to pick up dinner on NYE.

Found dozens of fruit flies in my soda. They would NOT do a refund over the phone so I had to take time out of my work day and use my gas to go back to the restaurant to get a refund. I can handle eating a few bugs but it’s the principle. If the district manager hadn’t have happened to be in there eating lunch, I wouldn’t have gotten the resolution I desired, just some coupons. Wasn’t even going to post a review or picture but they made me drive in for the frickin refund so I don’t care anymore.

We have given this location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Wait times are always long, and the store seems understaffed. They are frequently out of items, making ordering ahead through the mobile app pointless. When something I paid for via the app isn’t available, getting a refund is difficult since a manager is rarely around to authorize it. Even heavily promoted seasonal items are often unavailable and requesting for a replacement for items takes far too long. When they say they are out of something that we already paid for, they treat it like we haven’t paid yet and don’t say anything further. Leaving us to guess or ask if we can replace the items instead when they should be the ones to offer that. Overall, this location fails to deliver reliable service.
