1st time here, it was very clean and the food was good and hot.
Best of all was Austin! What a great guy and a good employee!!! Greeted us when we came in, helped with the menu and made a point when we were leaving to tell us happy holidays!

Stopped by on our way home from Hood River only to be unimpressed and throw half of what we bought away. We ordered two frozen hot chocolates that were clearly rancid. Completely inedible! So disappointing honestly for how much we spent.

We were just stopping by to get some ice creams and it was mostly teenage boys working. There was no line and while we were waiting several of the young workers were just standing staring at us (We were all young women). There was only one male worker moving around and doing work and it seemed like they were just too shy to come take our order so we left. I can understand social anxiety but you can’t avoid taking customers. You lose the business money and earn unhappy customers. Thank you.

Had the best experience stopping in for a quick dinner after a long day on the river. The guy bringing our food to our table definitely earned them a tip! The cherry on top was getting our blizzards n the guy handing the coldest one over to me upside down lol my kids loved that party trick!

Their customer service and turn around times are amazing. Their food is great, just about anything you pick is good. Unfortunately my meal ended with a banana split that was absolutely disgusting. Strawberries and bananas rotten really messed the whole experience up.

Blizzard was off the hook. The fries are usually good. Burger experience not so much. The Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard is WOW!!! This location is right nextdoor to the Comfort Inn (fabulous stay). The dining room was closed so super friendly staff accommodated me via drive thru. Thank you!! Wonderful people. Support these kids. One gal is going to college and came home early (campus closed) to work and save at her summer job. Fantastic crew of hardworking kiddos navigating into adult life in these shifting times.

After talking to the manager at Stark location because they made a awful heath blizzard she suggest the next time I try another blizzard I should try one closer to my home. So this time I was with my husband and we visited the troutdale location. I got another heath Blizzard and my husband got a peanut butter pie Blizzard. Oh boy was I delighted with my heath blizzard!!! My first bite I got a heath and it was yummy lol. And there were lots of bites with heath in it. My husband loved his blizzard too and by the pics you can see there is definitely candy in each Blizzard. So I’m glad I went to the one closer to my house cause they know how to make AWESOME BLIZZADS so if you want amazing ones I suggest you go to this one!

I’ve found hair in my food once after purchasing it here but I understand these things happen so I didn’t make a big deal about. However on this particular I thought I’d stop by and grab some ice cream and 2 cups of water. After finishing my water I removed the lid in order to give some ice to my dog and found that I had a bug in my drink. The cup also had an odd stain in it and so I had to check the second cup of water and found little things floating in it. Won’t be coming here again and I advised others to just double check your orders.
