Food and service are excellent. Got a pup cup for my little dog and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The drive through line can often get out of hand and make pick up a hassle however.

I was hesitant to go to another DQ after the sad experience at the Garibaldi location a couple of weeks ago but was pleasantly surprised to get through the drive up window very quickly. The young man at the window was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The blizzards were awesome.

My fiance gets a strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake for her birthday every year and this year 11/22/24 my gramma brought home the cake and it was not made right there was no strawberries or cheesecake on top at all. So I called and the manager told me she remembered the order and for me to bring it in and they will either fix it or re make it. So I did and I did wait for 15 mins but it was really packed and can’t blame them for that but I just wanted to say thank you and give 4/5 stars for the great service and making it right mistakes happen and after she re made it the cake looked so perfect exactly how we wanted it so thanks for making it right I’m not sure what the lady’s name was but she was the manager and we’re very thankful and happy thanks a lot Dairy Queen Oregon city we will continue to go yearly.❤️

Every time we order a banana split, it looks like the following pictures. Even when you ask if they can put some ice cream in it. They just say , they weigh it. We get a little bit of melted ice cream with toppings on it. Not worth the price. When you go for ice cream, you expect ice cream in it.

Don’t go here bad service not the spot to get what you want because they won’t do it. This place is supposed to be like Starbucks they have every flavor available I get a cotton candy milkshake at the Sandy location, but they won’t make it here. they tell me because it’s a different location. so they tried to upsell me to a blizzard, when I shouldn’t have to pay for one total BS get on board with customer satisfaction don’t you want to serve the people what they want?

Went to dairy Queen come on like to go I live 50 yd away why am I going to drive over there the drive through was open only I walked up asked if could order at window I spoke to shift leader she told me that it was out of safety she couldn’t let me order from there I told her I live right there she explained how it’s to dangerous for her and her employees as she had half of herself out the window back door open because I wasn’t driving a vehicle I live 50 yard away she refused to take my order my burger and fries nothing more is all most $17 no drink or anything else I’m a local guy I’m disgusted by the way the kids run the place thanks for letting me have a chance to say 2x I’ve ordered in past months order is wrong a snotty brat refused to make it right she a.lil person early 20s rude mouth disrespectful I’m not going to be able to return as customer and imk

I ordered two large ice-cream cone’s and half empty and they were more like a regular cone instead of large. Then our shakes didn’t have whip like we asked. I will never go back to that DQ again. Very disappointed.

Service is ok. They attempt to complete my orders at the window several times without handing me everything.
And it’s been wrong a few times.
But I’ll still come here cause it’s worth it for blizzards.
12/30/2025 update –
Apparently serving bad(brown or darker)bananas is considered acceptable when people order banana splits. Half of the time when my husband orders NO pineapple, he still gets it put on there(luckily he isnt allergic)
