I ordered the 6 strip basket and was given 4 strips with small nuggets?! This basket is 15$ what a rip off! I’m super disappointed by this location that is usually pretty good. Make sure you check your orders if you go to this location. Train your workers to do better. I recommend going to the mission viejo location.

At Dairy Queen, you know exactly what you’re getting when you order. It’s not a 5 star restaurant, but their menu can be either terrific or awful depending on the local manager and staff. This location had great food, great service and a good atmosphere to sit and enjoy my fast food and maybe one of the best milkshakes I’ve had in ages? Highly recommended.

I am a diehard DQ fan since childhood and come miles out of my way for this place, which was once great. The new staff here is SO BAD I changed review from 5 to a 1 and I will never come back. Unfriendly and the “guy” would not even stand still long enough for me to take a picture of the cone. Trash all over outside. One customer inside. The place across the way was packed with customers and no wonder.

So on Google it says that they are open till 11pm. On the locations door the hours are posted stating that they are open till 11pm. However Sunday 2/9 the doors were locked at 10pm and the staff inside was cleaning up. They did do a good job of ignoring me at the door and the other 3 groups of customers that stopped by thinking they were open. Not sure if this negligence by the manager to make sure that the proper operating hours are posted on the door and social sites correctly or the staff decided to lock it down early. It’s a shame either way for the 3 groups of customers that left with a sour taste in there mouth after driving over only to find the location was closed. I hope the owner takes he time to make sure that the issue is fixed. A little advice, it would have been nice if the staff came to the door to communicate that there was a change in the hours, probably would have avoided this review.

The Blizzards are fine, but I really dread having to order drive-thru DQ in a packed car. It was a total cluster to order 6 Blizzards last night with my wife and brother-in-law thinking they needed to talk at the microphone too. Can’t we fix this with an app or kiosk so I don’t have to verbally tell someone (who’s not paying attention) the flavors and sizes I want? We ultimately got everything right except I ended up with a mini like everyone else instead of the medium I ordered, so that was kind-of a bummer.

The prices are completely outrageous! A medium blizzard it’s 7.49 plus tax and the medium is like a small the small is like a mini. Mcdonalds can make it just as good.
