This Dairy Queen, run by the folks at Milestone Ventures, is seriously spotless and totally on point. You can just tell they really care about the place. I popped in for a quick treat, and Ryan hooked me up – super friendly, lightning-fast, and made the whole thing a breeze. The service was top-notch, and everything looked fresh and tidy. It’s awesome to find a DQ that’s actually well-maintained. So, whether you’re hankering for a Blizzard or just a little something, this spot is legit. Huge props to the crew (and Ryan, you rock!) for making it such a chill and pleasant stop. I’m definitely hitting this place up again.

Sat, Nov 23, 7ish – Staff was amazing! Came because I had just opened my mail & had never used a coupon before. Was in PJs with my service dog and had cravings for a burger (never had a DQ burger, just drive-thru frosty treats). Staff was super patient & explained how the coupons work. There was some delay with the food, but the staff offered a pup cup. And walked me and my dog out to the door! It felt like a fine-dining experience (I work in fine-dining).
PLEASE, to the manager… Either you train hospitality OR you did a great job on hiring good people! Please acknowledge them.
And, yes, our first DQ burger was worth the wait!

What’s the purpose of ordering online if your order isn’t gonna be ready at the time it says?
Literally waited 15 minutes to get my order, it said 520pm it would be ready. Arrived 518pm and left 533pm
And one of the chicken strip deals was supposed to be a large fries while other medium but they both have equal amounts of fries (you be the judge look at picture)

The Juice Alert !!!
Came to the window and asked a question. Was cut off mid sentence and then told to wait. After about a 3 minute wait the employee working asked if I was ready to order. However it was asked in a very rude way as if he didn’t want to help me. Also no apology for the wait time and yeah the lack of enthusiasm was disappointing to witness. Bad customer service and this was enough to have me drive off and not spend any money at this location.

This location has some of the most customer service-oriented employees across the board. My experiences have all been via the drive-thru, and the employees ensure they get your order correct with smiling faces. I typically order the Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken strip basket with fries and buttery toast.
The buttery toast at this location tastes scrumptious! The bread is soft, and every time I take a bite, the butter shoots into the inside of my cheek. Whatever they are doing should be taught to other Dairy Queen restaurants because I ordered the Glazed Chicken Strip basket at a different location in North Las Vegas, and the bread wasn’t as soft and buttery at this restaurant. The bread is so good that I have routinely substituted fries for an extra toast, and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend eating the toast immediately, because if you let it cool, it’s not as good.

I got an ice cream cake for my boyfriend’s birthday here. Even though they couldn’t find my online order, Ryan was so helpful and kind and fixed the situation so fast. He made sure to write on the cake exactly how I wanted, whichever color I wanted, and even offered to sing happy birthday to my boyfriend. Love this dq

If you are in a hurry and going to the drive thru. This is not the spot. Ordered my food from the app. Get to the drive thru line. 1 car in front of me took 10 minutes. I get to the window. They hadn’t even started my order. (I ordered a half hour ago at this point. Wait another 10 minutes. If you’re in a rush to get somewhere. Don’t stop here on your way.
