The guy Blaine on the register was the only pleasant thing about this experience here. Kuddos, you have a wonderful & friendly person who deals with your customers in a kind professional manner. Now the bad about my experience. My wife & I got 2 medium combo burger meals. The cost was $36!!! Then when it came to filling up our drinks- A SWARM OF FRUIT FLIES started flying in our faces & all around the machine. This isn’t just a problem, it’s blatant neglect of that machine’s cleaning. There was an actual slime coating on the bottom catch tray. I could immediately see why this is so, because another employee, a girl about 20-30’s in the back looked less than impressed at me when I brought the matter to her attention. The look of pure laziness & lack of concern was off putting, and I’d bet she’s the one responsible- or lack there of for that machine’s cleaning. Then minutes later she comes out & takes just the grate of the machine in the back. The smell of pure bleach was so overwhelming that we had to get up & leave. The entire experience was horrendous, except for Blaine the cashier who apologized & tried to make it right. You’ve lost customers for life.

My husband and I both had breakfast bowls his was chicken mine was sausage. Mine was good, he said his was ok.
The service was horrible. If you are in a hurry do not order here. We waited 40 minutes for our food. And my husband heard one of the ladies saying she wished people would stop coming in she wanted a break.

I paid $55 for me 2 kids and my wife to eat and we could even get one single extra sauce without them charging me an extra 50 cents. I get it, fast food is high. But the chicken wasn’t even good and the fries were pretty mid. I wouldn’t even have left a review if it wasn’t for charging me for the sauce. I could have sat down at a decent restaurant and fed all 4 of us for that price we payed.

This is a very interesting store where you can do some shopping. If you didn’t account for the weather and are traveling from Texas, arriving in the cold, you can buy a sweater there. There are lots of fun little things. Dairy Queen is right next door, where you can grab some food and ice cream. The entrance to Dairy Queen is through the store. The staff are very friendly. The restroom doesn’t smell bad; it actually smells nice. Plus, there’s free Wi-Fi with no registration required! Overall, I really liked it and recommend stopping by for a break.

Completely ignored by both people working the counter. Worst service ever by employees more interested in clocking out than customer service. Hope This DQ only either gets better management or goes bankrupt. Either one would be an improvement.

After getting the feedback from corporate I see that I am not alone in my review of this location.
I’ve been reading the reviews for this same location. Near 90% Disapproval rating. I have also been reviewing the few responses from what I assume is Corporate. I have many years of customer service experience both as an employee and as management. These responses are the weakest laziest responses From a National Chain that I have ever read. I’m going to have to review my stock portfolio soon. If this is the best a Loved, and respected Chain in America can do then it appears to me that your stocks are going to drop. I want to see DQ continue for another 50 years. Hire some more competent people in Key positions. Fire the Manager of this restaurant and applicable staff. Get a better motivated manager, hire more better people at this location.

OK, let me tell you this place is a diamond in the rough in the middle of nowhere small gas station with the nicest people inside as soon as you walk in they point the direction to the bathroom because they know why you wanna come in and they do it in the most friendly way, and then on top of it, they have the neatest silver jewelry, and all kinds of stuff that you would like to get a souvenirs. I just felt great when I walked in here. Met a guy named Darren. Somebody named Kelly was very pleasant and I just can’t tell you how nice everybody is here and I also got a coffee and an extra large chocolate dipped cone and now I’m super happy their jewelry is really nice too.

8-23 We waited in line for 8+ minutes while person was making food. She said I’ll be right with you. While waiting a customer came up to find out the status of his food. He told us he has been waiting over 20 minutes for his meal. This is not acceptable! Why pay for all those billboards for MILES to tell people to stop not to have staff to be able to put food out? We left and went down the road to Subway. We got super fast service there. Imagine when the guy there said they’ve been slammed all day because we are all driving down the road for food.
