Looked like they just opened late. Freezing in building. 3 people waiting on food. Had been for 25 min. Out of hash browns boss went to get some! I walked out and donated my order! Ridiculous!!!!

They have been doing a wonderful job at our local DQ on North Main here in Roswell, NM. Every time I go and need that ice cream birthday cake or I will just die because my son just has to have it. Yes, I am one of those non planners late for everything impossible people. Yet when I get to your store or talk to you on the phone usually they will do anything because I am nice and can accept the word no when I am told it won’t be possible. And I will still be your best friend and smile and ask what I can do for you. Yeah, I know “I am one of those” ‘people’. They have been doing a terrific job and they are usually about 90% of the time able to come up with exactly what I need the same day I need it. Or at least something very creative to do insead. They are always pleasant I mean really nice, not fake nice. I think they are one of the places in town you can go and get good customer service still.

Ordered through doordash, order came promptly, no issues with that part of the order. Our food was atrocious, first of all, I ordered 2 of the same burger combos (one single, one double) and they managed to make one wrong, the beef had a horrible freezer burned taste, everything was ICE COLD, like REALLY cold, cheese wasn’t melted on sandwiches. Fries were pale and cold, and the onion rings were cold and hard. It’s my own fault I’ve had negative experiences here before, but I figured hey I’ll try again! Nope most definitely will not be going back.

Went to get some food and the lady at the drive thru didn’t ask what size I wanted and just said “I have your total at the window” after I said I’d like a large she got upset and decided to hand me my soda filled too much so it got all over my jacket, car, and when I asked for napkins she got upset at ME like she didn’t hand me a soda bomb for asking for the size I wanted. There are so many fast food places around here and the disrespect will guarantee I’ll never be back I’ll just get it from whataburger from now on. Thanks for not wanting my money!

Amazing! The ice cream cake was perfect! In fact we ran out! Went back and got a different flavor, it was better than the first! Marisol made them look wonderful with our daughters name in a quick 5 min!

An absolute mess…. got 1 blizzard and 1 brownie confectioners cup. The blizzard was a sloppy mess. The cup was half edible due to the brownie being burnt or old. They had construction so couldn’t get close to the window. They had a girl in a vest passing from the windows to the car. She was just eating and taking bites between cars. I get that you are working and you need to eat as well, but either do it in the back or on break. NOT WHILE PASSING OUT ORDERS, ITS DISGUSTING. When I asked if she was really eating between orders there she laughed and said ” I sure am”
