The food was awesome! Very fresh and tasted great! The staff though wow not friendly at all! And goodness dont ask for extra dipping sauce…or sauce at all for that matter. They make a big deal about it,and are super rude in front of other costumers. Not disappointed we won’t be back at this location anytime soon.

Came to town for work and after a bad experience at the other dairy queen in town we decided to try this one and they did not disappoint! Flamethrower was exactly how we ordered it, came out hot and fresh! Staff was friendly and service was quick especially for being lunch time! Will definitely return! If you are in Vegas and want DQ I recommend this one!!

Was not informed of no sauce for fish sandwich nor no cheese for chili cheese dog. Sold it and only found out after sitting down to eat. Poor service and poor food. Chili was burned and fish over dry. Wife had to smother it in mayonnaise

We were charged more than the price on the menu ($7.49 for a cheese burger, charged $8.49) When I pointed it out to the worker, she said “the owner raised the price, it’s not my fault.”. I get that prices are increasing, but be up front about it and don’t try to sneak it in without telling your customers. And, unfortunately, the burger wasn’t very good.

Google says opened, walked into the store and they were open, but the cashier says with a smile but rudely states they are not serving Food or Icecream then laughs when we go to walk out. If you’re not open then turn your sign off and if you’re not selling food 9r icecream, what else is there to serve at Dairy Queen? Then when when we asked the other gal working that was taking out the trash what the hours were she looked at us and kept walking.

Terrible service paid full price for small fries, cold fries, out of lettuce, I know some will say I’m knit picking but it took a gentleman behind us that ordered two boxes of dilly bars almost 10 minutes to order and for them to unlock the freezer so he could go, an no they were not busy. Three employees should be better than that.

What a shame that your counter help as well as your manager can’t smile to their customers and thank them!! They need to remember that without the customers they would not have a job!!
What happens if the customer has a dairy allergy to the cream gravy served with the chicken strips? Is the customer offered an alternative? Has your manager kept up with your inventory of all items needed for your restaurant?
Be thankful for the business you have…
It’s because people are hungry, certainly not for your staff..because they are not what brings in your customers..
