Food was old and reheated dry burger was supposed to be a double only a single so much mayo and ketchup it was running dowm my hand chicken strips were supposed to be regular got the flame ones had to go back because they didnt put our whole order in bag. Same old same old I guess because they have teenagers running their business in the ground I was hoping it had got better lesson learned! You wont get anymore of my money!

Me and my wife went in ordered our food waited 27 minutes fries were hot but burgers were ice cold cheese where almost frozen my family will never go back to Dairy Queen due to the employees who can’t do their job! Bathrooms had no water but they had plungers by the toilets this place should be shut down

I hate not giving 5 stars. However, I can only report my experience. Lately I have been visiting at night near closing. The crew is pleasant and attentive but slow. Their “thank you for your patience” is said with sincerity but comes all too often. This last trip was exceptionally long. It is a good thing I love the gravy. Finding a good team is difficult. I am sure things will improve. I look forward to writing a better review in the future.

Ana needs to work on her customer service skills.. Throwing money at a customer should not be tolerated.. An then our order came out all separate an not together with just calling out things we ordered an not by our number that Was showen on our receipt… Her phone seems to be more important than her customers… If this job isn’t for she shouldn’t be here.. bc obviously she doesn’t want to help with certain type of people…

Came to order some food for my Mom and kids. I didn’t appreciate the looks and verbal usage while i was ordering from the cooks. Im sorry you are supposed to work at your job…. Right? Not complain about making orders and making your customer feel bad. Then to make it worse. Finally tracking down the owner. She had the nerve to say her worker was “Acting”. Im sorry i know when someone doesn’t wanna work. What makes them think i want them to make my food on top of that. You can keep your acting cooks to yourself with your bad service and bad management. Why show specials on TV if your cooks dont wanna make the food. Its just putting chicken and fries in a basket and pressing a button. Literally thats all.

We have been to this location twice in the last two days. The first night (3/15) we got great service. Bonnie was working the front and was great. When she found out that location doesn’t carry fry sauce, she was willing to take the make it for me. Tonight (3/16) we walked into the store with a full drive through wrapping around the building late on a Sunday night. The lobby was nearly full as well. The crew and Bonnie, from the night prior, handled everything great. People were incredibly rude and they never once snapped. They were the definition of customer service. Her and the crew all need a kudos and a raise ASAP

We Asked For A Manger Or The Owner. Which The Young Replied We Don’t Give That Information Out.
My Wife Left Her Number Still Haven’t Heard From Them.
We Haven’t Been To This One In Awhile We Usually Go To Aztec NM Dairy Queen Better Service And Better Staff. We Live In Bloomfield.
