Came here expecting decent food and service — left completely disappointed. No greeting, the staff were too busy chatting with each other. And on top of that, they still managed to mess up our simple order. No apology. If you enjoy being ignored and playing a fun game of “guess what food you’ll actually get,” this is definitely the place for you.

Came here to buy a milk shake and got a water down milk shake. Wow you pay almost 5 dollars to have something you thought was going to make your day but you get a crappy milk shake. Please teach your employees how to do things the correct way and take your time doing it. What’s is the rush if you have to come back and remake it. Loss of profits to the owner.

We took our team their after a game and right when we got off the bus there was an employee outside waiting for us. They food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. Not a single order was wrong, and we had 40 orders! Their team works quick and together. Highly recommend!

Love there soft served vanilla cone. But today was feeling extra. So I ordered a New York strawberry cheesecake mini blizzard. My 1st blizzard, it was amazing. We got there around 8pm, very friendly staff an got our special order made just right. Very neat an clean. Thank you all for great customer service.

I like that I normally see the same individuals everytime that I visit. It adds a sense of familiarity to the place, because I’m someone who doesn’t really like change. Other than that, the food is always great. I shouldn’t be having ice cream since I’m lactose intolerant, but I’ll do anything for cookie dough

We have eaten here several times, we love the chicken tender basket and, of course, the blizzards. We can’t leave the pups out, they always get a pup cup. Service has been good and food is very yummy.

Love this place. This place is always good eating love getting the chicken strip 7$ meal deal strawberry sundae fries drink and the strips 3pc is awesome! Your choice of sundae though. Good staff almost all the time. My kids also love it.

They did not flip my blizzard upside down in tha drive thru, it was tha only blizzard I ordered and no coupon was given to use next time. Online DqFanFeedback submitted also. This location is always hit or miss but tha miss is usually a lot worse than getting that “hit.”
I meant to post this review this past February but realized I forgot to.
They were having a special for most of the winter, $1 small ice creams. One time I ordered, I asked for cup instead of cone because I didn’t want tha extra calories. I also give the soft serve to my dog, so he can’t have cone. They obliged. Tha next time I went thru, I ordered 3 and they put tha entire ice cream cone in a cup instead of just tha ice cream. I ignored it. Came back again, and ordered 3 again, cups only please. They proceeded to take my ice cream away, come back 3 minutes later, saying they can only do the cones. Not the cups. Wouldn’t it make sense that the cones would cost more? Also, NOWHERE on their signage did it say YOU HAVE to get the cone. I simply wanted my dollar soft serve in a cup instead of a cone. I drove away, they had to throw away their ice cream instead of listening to tha customer. I only come back to this location because Dustin is currently closed. If I have extra gas, I go to Kirtland.
