My peanut buster parfait was wonderful the service friendly and quick with a nice inside atmosphere. So why the overall 3? When I walked in all I could smell was dog, thought maybe just in between the two sets of doors, nope. The entire place smells like wet or sweaty dog. I finally had to leave and finish my parfait in the car as the dog smell is overwhelming. If that smell bothers you like it did me I’d suggest the drive thru!

Usually 3 cars in line or less. This is great being that it is in a crowded area. They always get my order correct and never forget the spoon or napkins. That team of youngsters in there hold it down. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a blizzard, burger and fry on the DQ app. I chose delivery and paid for it as well as a tip. My driver delivers without the blizzard because the store forgot. The burger even had cheese when it was supposed to be plain. Drove up and took the food back for a refund but didnt get refunded the delivery fee. Funny how that all works.. paid like 7 dollars for nothing but ordering on the app for delivery and getting the wrong order. I still had to go to the location anyway which defeated the delivery purpose.

Came to order my food at 5:35 pm on 1/24/2026. I spent $30.00. I ordered a cheese cake blizzard, bbq basket with a side of regular fries, and onion rings. They told us to moved to the side for the rest of the food. They never brought the food out. we waited til 6:05p. all of our food was cold the onion rings, the fries, and the BBQ chicken basket came with no BBQ sauce. We waited to long for it not to be right. the store is full of young teenage Mexicans. We went back in to make them aware. they were rude, did not apologize for never bringing the food, did not apologize or try to give us fresh hot food for their wrong doing. They regave me a new basket and my chicken was not done in that one. as if they tried to purposely make me sick.. be careful eating at this dairy queen. if you are trying to sue and get paid go here they forever make mistakes. Someone is not properly training these employees or the employees do not care about the brand of this franchise. There’s only so many they must want to lose the rest they still have.

Would definitely give them a zero based on today interaction. Went in today had a horrible experience with Emely, ordered a blizzard and that was literally soup, she claimed if they remake it it would come out the same way, we had to insist on them remaking it, it did not come out soupy, never once did they flip it either one, plus we received the incorrect one. We asked for a refund and after Emily making snarky comments to her coworker’s we asked to speak to the manager Jazmyn, both very unprofessional laughing at the situation and literally making fun of us the customer, they truly need to be retrained and treat customers a lot better!!!

Went and ordered 5 blizzards and 2 were made wrong. We didn’t notice until we got home to pass them out. One was turtle pecan they made with only graham cracker crumbs. Nothing else in it. It was disgusting. Then when you try and call the store no one ever answers. Tried to call 10 times. $40 later and we have 2 people with no ice cream. Very frustrated.

First time ever trying DQ, I was very impressed by their cleanliness and great customer service. The blizzard was delicious along with the cheese curds. The manager has great taste in music as well. I will definitely be making another stop here soon.

not one to leave negative reviews but this was the worst service i have ever experienced. only one person ahead of us and it took 20 minutes for them to take a small order in front of us and then they had us wait becuase they had som many things messed up. We finally just walked out along with several folks behind us. This people need management, leadership, and please get this folks some training. first time there and will never go back. Not good DQ, you better get your folks trained and impliment some process.

Terrible service. No communication between employees. Soda machine down so you have to wait to have them fill your drink. You would think food would be fresh. Burger was gross and I had to go up to the counter every 10 min till I got my full complete meal.
