If I could leave no stars I would. I was not going to leave this review hoping the store would actually fix the issue after I called customer service to report the problem. I called 5 days ago about our experience. Customer service said in order for a refund the store would have to reach out to me because the order was over $50. My kids got gift cards and they decided to take the whole family out for ice cream in which they both purchased 7 blizzards. First of all I don’t know if the older lady who helped us was the manager but she was I don’t know how to say it but “very unwelcoming” like she was really annoyed at us ordering and seemed like she really did not want to be there. So the service started bad right away. Well to make a long story short we were all enjoying our blizzards and my youngest daughter says “wait what’s this” she had the red velvet blizzard. Well what it was a baby FLY or some kind of fly in her blizzard. I immediately brought it to the older lady showed her and she just looked at it and said humm and threw it and started making a new one. My kids got up and immediately threw all of theirs away because they were all grossed out and walked out. We were not offered any kind of refund a sorry or anything to fix what happened other than making another blizzard from the same red velvet batter the baby fly came from. Why would we want another blizzard after that in which the bugs could still be in what they made it with. They did even check the red velvet batter

Best looking cakes in town.. ice cream cake! The servers will flip over your blizzard to show you the thickness..it will shock you at first untill you understand the awesomeness. The burgers are better than any mc’d or king. Great spot to get your belly full!

The Avondale 107tj Ave locations says it closes at 10:30 and we drove up to the drive through at 10:05 and the automated voice triggered but no human answered. We waited and asked if they were open, no response. As we drive around they shut off the lights. Once again Goodyear location is getting our business.

I came to this Dairy Queen at 9:45pm and they close at 10:30pm. I ordered a chocolate ice cream cone and they said they didn’t have chocolate ice cream. I called another location and they also didn’t have chocolate ice cream. If you’re “open” all items on your menu should be able to be served. Especially when the entire business is about serving ice cream. Makes no sense.

Wow… I’m a doordash driver, your staff didn’t even acknowledge my existence, I had to flag one of them down because they almost gave my order to the doordasher that went through the drive thru….if your policy is for them to come inside, tell her to park and come inside. Hello. Anyways while I waited I looked at the cake case…. dang. You need a new decorator or tell them to put in an effort, that’s the first thing your customers see. And it’s not good.

Service is slow and it takes allot for them to smile but they aren’t rude at least. Food is usually fresh and but could use a redesign unless you order icecream or chicken. I have yet to get a soggy or melting icecream and they rotate out blizzards so you will always be coming back for more

Ordered 2 7dollar meals and when I asked for a buffalo sauce I was refused sauce due to a 60 cent charge. Mind you I only had 1 ranch in the bag. It’s super frustrating to order food and be refused sauce for a charge when I only got 1 sauce for 2 meals. Never coming back here again.
